Everything was ok
-
Nice clean room, big comfy bed. I had to run the water in the shower for about 10 minutes before there was any hot water. The breakfast was very bland. Other than that it was a great stay.

Wifi was down from friday to Sunday. room wasnt tended to on saturday, didnt get a restock on bathroom towels, no beds made. property was clean and breakfast was great. will not book at this property again. not sure their maintenance policy or schedule, but just the room not being restocked and bed made was enough for me to make my decision.

Everything was great. There was an issue with the elevators but when leaving we were able to use the service elevator though which helped.

Great hotel!

Parking is $42 per night

Great property overall!
-
Negatives- parking is $42 a night, we were unable to have our room cleaned but they did bring us new towels. We did a few loads of laundry and our clothes came out with black marks. Overall we would stay here again but prepare for parking costs.

Friendly staff. Amazing views!

Rooms need an update

More than a hotel room, but not a resort destination. Basic amenities, Pool and Spa and a typical breakfast buffet. Parking is extra per night. We parked once and walked to town and Queen Mary. There is also a water taxi a short walk down way for $1.00 to cross the harbor to the restaurants.

Our bedding had several strands of hair in the sheets and on the top blanket. Other people's hair in the bed I'm about to sleep in is a problem. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and our kitchen sink garbage disposal was backed up as soon as we entered the room. The sink was filled with some nasty stuff that we couldn't get to go down the drain. We called hotel staff and they had maintenance come up and fix the problem quickly. Breakfast was disappointing. I skipped it altogether the second day. The view is great and proximity to walking/running paths is awesome.

I’m a vegan person. I can only eat few items off their breakfast bar. For my misfortune oatmeal ran out. Don’t ask me how. Long Beach is a very “diverse” city. A guy decided to use his speakers in the parking lot to the loudest up until 1:15 AM. I got up and called the front desk. Within minutes it got turned off. Couldn’t the front desk take the initiative and do it on its own time r shall a guest wake up, gives someone a pierce of his mind then we can go back to sleep. They triple charged my card for parking for staying 2 nights. Don’t go there. You are going to waste your money.

I would not stay here ever again and would not recommend anyone..

We come here every year since 2020. I love it here.Yet as the years have gone by you can see the wear and tear. It smells almost like a low budget Vegas elevator. The elevator floor was dirty from Friday to Sunday and I was a little shocked. Lastly we are use to paying for parking but why was it 100 this year with no heads up. Ultimately we enjoyed our stay. The staff is always great. Yes I will be back next year

We came for the 4th of July. The hotel is clean and the complimentary breakfast was really good. The staff was helpful and friendly The fireworks at the Q. Mary was a short walk down a convenient path. What I didn't appreciate was they charged 100.00 for parking. The swimming pool was overtaken and we were unable to enjoy. Glad there's no resort fee. Finally, if you want to get a good night's sleep, don't get a room beside the public boat launch. They blast their music at all hours during the night. Would we come back to this hotel, probably not for the 4th.
