Everything was exelent. Great experience staying there.

The property was decent, however they did not have the room I had already paid for, the hotel bar/restaurant had a bus boy that provided better service than the waiter. The food was alright, however the wait was long for what we ordered! Even the kids were asking what was taking so long, then wanted to order chocolate milk and they told me it was going to be a 15 minute wait. I mean, if they are milking the cow maybe!?! We just decided to make the most of the time we had there.

Make sure you know what to do in Long Beach or use this as a resort. Not a lot to do on this side of the harbor besides the queen mary. When people close the doors of their room they are heavy and could be loud

Rude staff, awful hours could not checkin early or after midnight loose your room, had a wedding to be at by 2 - room still not ready and had to get dressed at church, leave wedding early to get to hotel before midnight, bugs in bed and bathroom - bit up all night, AC super old n loud, kids playing hide n seek n screaming till 2am - bad experience!!!

Everything was good, but pay too much money not to be able to eat free breakfast.
-
Nice large rooms good location for ferry to Catalina

Very nice and comfortable with a beautiful view of the queen Mary

Front desk clerks Diana (or Diane) and Daisy were absolutely amazing! Their friendly and helpful disposition would make me choose The Maya next time I'm in LB! The room was nice, the grounds clean, the pool a nice touch, and the view amazing! But the real deal is the amazing staff!

Overall good stay. Pretty view and spacious rooms. Pool and hot tub is very small and crowded with kids and families on a Sunday evening, plus no towels left, so we didn’t get to enjoy that, but would come back and stay on a weekday if I were in the area.
-
They room I was in had a leaking shower that would get a good amount of water on the floor each time we showered. It completely soaked the towels we would put on the floor.
-
Very unsatisfactory service. Communication is a problem and staff did not help one bit

The hotel is beautiful! Lovely views of the waterfront. The rooms were comfortable and I felt like I was resting in luxury. The staff was kind and welcoming. The gentleman who greeted us was personable. 5 star stay!

Overall, my experience was good. However, the hotel could improve the air conditioning system. It was very loud, ewhich made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Also, it appears that Fuego Restaurant has changed its menu, and I felt there was not much variety in the food options. On the positive side, everyone at the hotel was very friendly and provided excellent service.
