Nice to have a balcony.

Beautiful location but got woken up at 3am by constant slamming in our building. Wasn’t a door not sure what it was. I’d come back though. Not the place to sleep in life starts early here but well maintained.

Very cute location, amazing views pretty calm, but some of the areas in the hotel need attention missing pillows by resting area, dirty cushions. While I was there a saw things left out in the walkway that were never picked up. Breakfast there not good i asked if I can modify something the girl very dismissive same as other staff there looked like you were bothering them rather than they wanting to help you in the restaurant area not very welcoming.

it was a really nice and peaceful environment. We enjoyed the pool and ate at the restaurant both nights. Looking out over the water really enhanced all our time at the Maya

Clean friendly staff bar tending excellent

It is a beautiful place to stay . It is only about 5-10 min drive to the Carnival cruise port and they have free shuttles going there. That was an amazing bonus to our stay .

The views over the bay The lack of choices at the bar! Draft pumps broken, with only two choices of bottle beer! Which were the worst of the worst, coupled with the attitude of the bar staff, which could care less! Over priced parking, when the resort is located so far away from anything else! The shuttle bus wasn’t running! Stops at 4:30pm. Which led us to find a great place for drinks on the Queen Mary, short walk away.

I loved my room. I had a full view of the pool area out into the bay. I had a bit of a maintenance issue with the sink was leaking and it soaked the floor, but they immediately took care of it. This is my second stay at this location as a solo traveler, and I always feel safe staying here. Unfortunately the Fuego Grill that is attached to. It was a little disappointing. They were out of over half the items we requested and what they did have seemed a little overpriced.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, the property was nice and had everything we needed for our short stay. Hotel shuttle took us downtown so we could get dinner and explore. Quick walk to the carnival cruise terminal too

Only stayed one night, but wish we had more time here!

Wonderful hotel and so close to the king beach amphitheater. Felt like I was at a resort. The pool service was slow, but other than that, it was great!

Staff was kind went above and beyond to accommodate an inconvenience we had. They were prompt in responding to any request we had.

Rooms are nice, restaurants are good. No insulation in the room, Saturday night is party central. I could not sleep because it was so loud
