My room was beautiful The Restaurant we didn’t get any eye contact. I was over looked when I wanted to order breakfast.

Interesting vibe. Great location for amphitheater. Rooms very nice and comfortable. Pool nice! Nice view! So removed. That’s a pro and con. Close to amphitheater but restaurant full, required reservation and nothing else nearby. Thankfully the bar tender took very good care of us!

The amenities and views from the balcony room were amazing!
-
It was fine. Location has its pluses and minuses. No early check-in. Probably wouldn’t stay again, unless I absolutely had to.
-
Berry clean in the rooms but can clean the outside The views

Overall the hotel is not worth the price. The room was terribly dirty, with our feet and socks, turning black immediately. Bathroom was filthy. The property itself was just OK, the staff was nice but not very helpful. I would not stay here again.

The Maya was a great experience and will be coming back soon
-
The rooms were clean, I didn’t end up going to the balcony because the door seemed stuck. Overall, the stay was amazing and all the staff were very nice! Will 100% come back again!

Everything was GREAT we loved everything! We will be coming back every year!
-
The property has a great vibe, the rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable, and the staff is super friendly. We will be back!

Cute hotel, liked the decor, comfy bed Paid for 'ocean view' room and received a room with a sliver of a view. Should have been a discounted 'partial ocean view' room. This view was very different than a full view which was disappointing. Also pillows on beds were very flat and uncomfortable.

Beautiful property nice staff

I think the view was beautiful, the room was tidy and clean. We did not visit the restaurant. would've loved to have jacuzzi tub in the room, but other than that there wasn't anything that I really disliked.
-
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Feels more like a small village. Truly waterfront property. Upon entering the lobby, plenty of staff ready to assist.

Everything about this place was wonderful
-
The overall property needs to be cleaned better there was debris everywhere, The inhouse restaurant has a very limited menu, and the food is severely overpriced. The food is not that great to be honest, and the music does not flow with the environment they try and create. I would recommend staying somewhere else with similar price point to have an overall better experience.

staff were absolutely lovely, my space was nice and clean and we had 0 issues during our stay. the elevator for our room building however (Building #1) had an expired inspection certificate, by about 7 years. (expired 2019) besides that, absolutely no problems and i would love to come back

The room was very nice and clean. That about it. Everything was going great until we got there. The day after I NOTICE... There was a charge of $50 for destination fee that was not shown or told... "Anytime" when I arrived or when I booked the hotel. Very disappointed. Hiding fees from customers. Make you not want to go back. And we didn't even used the gym or pool area. Supposedly that why they were charging me for. Won't be coming back to this hotel anymore. Everything was over priced too. One water bottle was 6 dlls and also there restaurant Fuego, charged me a 20% service charge without my knowledge was just added to the bill. They still wanted me to TIP... ridiculous...
