They gave a room to my friend that was already occupied. The bartender did not have her crap together. Otherwise the place was nice.

Staff was so polite and helpful! Pool water was warm! Pool chairs were comfy!

No daily room cleaning. You have to ask for this. When we did, they forgot. Then, they didn’t service our 2nd room. Staff was very helpful overall and the bar/kitchen lady Estella was the best!

This hotel had the absolute best customer service of any hotel I have stayed at-and I stay at a lot. The restaurant and front desk and housekeeping all went above and beyond. We left some record albums that we bought there and they let us know about it and had them readily available when we came back. Great team!

My two day day was wonderful. Me and the wife loved the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Definitely will be coming back.

Over all the day was great. The only thing we did not like was when we got to our room. It was about 98° inside. Also, they charged us for parking. Even though it says on Expedia the parking is included. When we showed the desk attendant, they did not honor it.

Cute boutique hotel with great staff and close to LB Shoreline. We went for a couples getaway weekend and enjoyed our time. The place had a relaxing and really comfortable vibe. The room was clean and staff was friendly. Veronica was very helpful with a request! Had a nice time at happy hour, the lady behind the bar was amazing with positive energy, but ate elswhere. Only minor issue was the mattress felt worn, I could have used more support for my back. We had a great time and will definitely plan to return!

Some of my belongings were stolen by the housekeeping staff during my stay, and then I was blamed for my belongings coming up missing when I asked for them because the staff only produce some of my things and not all of them because they kept them for themselves instead of returning them to the owner

I liked the little bar/cafe with reasonable prices. The room was clean and very spacious.
