Location and room size was a total waste of money The room was like a prison sentence

What more can you ask for? Clean room, Staff was helpful, Cookie was great, did not eat breakfast but why would I NYC is a great spot for meals.

This hotel was very nice. The area was a little , let's say, ok. The only thing I would say wrong was when only one staff member was at the front desk on the phone while and guest and I waited to be attended. But another staffer did appear later.

Stayed as an emergency after missing our flight! The staff was so great and helpful even provided individual extra toiletries since ours went on flight. They were so helpful !

One hand towel was dirty, im sure just a stain that didn't come clean .

We only had to stay for a night.i made a mistake in booking it in that location cause it was far from the area of a deceased friend we went to see for his funeral. Everything was fine at the hotel except for a bad location. No restaurant nearby, no coffee shop, it's not a good place to be, especially if you decide to walk to the subway. I regretted it! Bad location!

Very helpful, friendly staff. Very well maintained campus. However, it's in a dark spot in Queens. Across the street from some kind of power plant and a block over from the largest housing project in Queens. You have to travel through the projects to get to the subway. Not a great idea at night. Rooms are very small too. 2 beds barely fit with just enough room for a small desk and stand up closet. Worth the price if you're not picky, have safe transport, and don't mind the power plant.

Exceptional

Location is good and bad. Neighborhood has nothing real close for breakfast but within a short Uber to many things of interest. Hotel is clean and friendly staff.

No help in check in/check out, we had to carry our luggage without cart, no drinking water, very congested room and very bad neighbourhood.

Thin walls- easily hear folks in room next room

Room was tiny and had a difficulty moving around with family of four. There were dog poops in front of hotel. Hotel was in front of scrap yard and factory and they were noisy. Room was clean but one of soap bottles kept dropping down from wall. Street was rundown and poops everywhere.

Clean place

The hotel was close to airport. I was warmly welcomed to the hotel and the reception was excellent time checking in was excellent and the staff were outstanding and the rooms were clean descent .

Ended up here as a last minute booking after my flight cancelled at LGA. Very quick checkin and room was very clean.

Room was small but that's ok. It was clean. Better options from the kitchen would be nice and maybe a mini fridge and microwave. The 100 dollar deposit was crazy
