This is a beautiful property, with excellent staff and in a great location. Everything is walking distance which makes it very convenient.

Poor soundproof for the windows. Even can hear dialogue from other rooms through vent duct. A terrible structure design.

I didnt like that there was no parking and you had to pay for breakfast.

Conveniently located to provide access across NYC. The in/out valet was accommodating to work with for our week's stay. The on site restaurant, bar, and gym were nice amenities to have available. The corner grocery store was only at the end ofvthe block. Laundry service was not on site, but if needed only a block over. Room's were somewhat smaller than what I am use to for Doubletree. The cookies were good as usual. 20 min from LGA and about 30 min JFK.

The hotel is nice and clean. The area is not the best though. They have street parking or valet for $55 per day. You can take the subway near by, but it is not a safe neighborhood, so I wouldn’t be staying again. The room was comfortable.
