Don’t let the photos fool you! This hotel was not well maintained, dingy, and in a bad neighborhood!

This hotel was recently remodeled and looks new. When we got our room we had to call the manager to send someone to clean the bathroom and shower it was full of hair. Rooms are very small. No coffee in the rooms either. We had to leave at 6:00 am and the only coffee was in the lobby and that was from night before. The location of the hotel is in a pretty loud neighborhood with cars passing through with loud music at 3:00 am and sirens will wake you up pass midnight

First room was not cooling down as a/c had been on for two hours with not much of a difference, front desk change my room and the AC worked very well

The building is nice and so was the hotel. Easy check in and check out.

The hotel was pretty basic, no thrills, and the bed was horrible.

The hotel (if you wish to call this property) was situated in pretty sketchy neighborhood about 2 blocks from a low income project housing, the nearest walking distance to the property, which felt extremely uncomfortable walking to. Upon arrival, the Front Desk was behind a bulletproof enclosure, similar to bank enclosures. The receptionist was helpful, but very limited. The room had a king size bed, one (1) small nightstand, and one (1) small desk & chair, which felt extremely cramped inside a 12 by 12 foot area. Most importantly, the room had NO telephone to communicate with the front desk or call emergency. The bathroom had ONLY 2 regular-size towels. There were NO Hand or Face towels available. There was one (1) small soap and one very small bottle of hair shampoo for 2 nights. There was NO hair conditioner or box of tissues. Housekeeping did not make up the bed but provides towels, soap, shampoo.

Neighborhood was awful. Dirty and no where to park The area and the parking

The room could have been a little cleaner at initial check in; but it was nothing important- just a few small pieces of trash/ dust that one would prefer not to see upon check in. All important things (toilet, shower, bedding) was clean. Front desk staff very helpful including a brief unwanted stay in the elevator which was quickly remedied :) Free breakfast two doors down at Marriot

Staff was very accommodating, the room was very clean with basic toiletries, bed was comfortable. Some of the amenities downstairs were pretty lack luster but understandable for a small hotel. Only complaint would be the heat, it was incredibly hot in the entire building including our room, but the air conditioner worked well

Nice budget hotel in a decent location. The area is not the nicest. However, it is close to public transit and we did not spend much time in the area. Staff was very nice and helpful for extra towels and other amenities.
