Very poor

Close to Manhattan, very easy to get there on metro, but not as expensive. Nice staff. Clean rooms. They clean and change towels every day. The room was kinda uncomfortable a little bit. All grey and too minimalistic, office vibe like. The pillow was too thin. And no warm blanket. Very noisy from the street and a warehouse right in front of the window. The street is quite dirty and some shady people around the corner, we had no problems with them though.

Rooms Were Clean but very small. Hotel Towels could be of better quality. Bathroom Sink drained very slowly.

No iron in the room. I requested it from the front desk. They brought it within 15 minutes, but they don’t have an ironing board - they should spend $25 and get one (or more). The shower has nowhere to put soap or other toiletries. You’ll just have to set them on the floor, as the bathroom counter can’t be reached from inside the shower. But it was a pretty decent shower otherwise. The place has zero charm, but the price was right. As a regular visitor to the area, I’ll try to stay elsewhere unless the prices are crazy, in which case I’ll lamentably stay here again.

When i called to check in days before our reservation, the front desk answered saying “i don’t know” when i asked what toiletries were in the room, should’ve been my first red flag. upon check in, we asked for extra pillows and they said they don’t have any (we only got 2 for a king size bed, ridiculous). upon check in, they advertise an ice machine, vending machines and microwave downstairs. it looks so abandoned and smells like bleach. my recommendation- guests should not be allowed down there because it looks more like a break room for employees then anything else. when we went to our room, we had to ask for a room switch because the shower had yellow/brown gunk in the edges and it was disgusting. the second room’s bathroom was clean, but we realized there was no comforter on the bed. it was a throw blanket and my partner and i were cold the whole night trying to sleep. the area the hotel is in borders the ghetto and it’s sketchy as heck. i would NOT recommend staying here if you look forward to your hotel being comfortable and clean throughout your stay.

Reception staff are friendly They never cleaned my room, never cleaned bathroom, had to to keep asking them to clean my room… there were even strands of hair in the bathroom and on the floor from the previous guest

So horrible! Don’t eve come here! The Hispanic girl at front desk morning shift was so rude kept having attitudes! Those employees don’t follow instruction. I ask the front desk to let housekeeping know don’t put towels on top or toilet and close the toilet but they still do the opposite. Piss me off. The toes in my room dirty I saw bugs flying a lot of times. Area was very unsafe.done water your money

A terrible experience all around, Checked in and when in the room i notice a water leak from the mini fridge, Reported it and was told they would take care of it. They never did. The next day their solution was to unplug it and leave it in the room. No replacement, no alternative room. Then there was no Wi-Fi for a long day with the only explanation given was that the server was out, Front desk staff was clueless as they were mostly young employees with no idea of customer service, Asked to be moved to another room only to be told that there was no room available. No mini fridge replacement was given either. Ended up leaving one day early to go to another hotel. TRY AVOIDING THIS HOTEL IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
