Hotel The Villa

You don't have anything to worry about Mr Astraf will take good care of you. I would recommend this place to anyone. The is my Third time going there.

The room was clean and had what I needed

Very strong smell of cigarette and druk guests shouting at night.

The stench of cigarettes was in our room and we don’t smoke

Although my key card didn’t work initially (and another guest had the same issue), the front desk staff noticed I was tired from carrying my luggage. Instead of just reprogramming the card, they kindly walked upstairs with me to make sure it worked and that I could get into my room. I really appreciated their willingness to help and their thoughtful customer service.

A/C runs very well but our pillows where very tin so we had to ask for more.

Cheap and good location close to manhatten

The room was very clean an comfortable, my kids slept well

Loved our short stay. We stayed in a one king size bed room. The room was in the smaller side, but it was clean and neat. Bathroom was clean. The subway was just a short walk away. Overall, we had a pleasant stay

2) The staff were good at reception. First Mr Ashraf and second a Nepali lady (I don't have name sorry) were both very good . Thanks to them both. 1)The Hotel never responded to my email and message through booking.com for a little early checkin. I wonder if they even didn't bother to check if some customers tried to contact them. I has to spend long time in JFK after a long flight to kill time as I never got response if they wud let me checkin. But once I reached intially they said they charge extra for early checkin but then they let me in early.So thanks for that atlast. 2) Atleast a bottle of drinking water should be provided as courtsey to customers. Business I understand but minimal basic courtsey . 3) Though I was told the neighborhood was safe, but u could feel lil akward in the area.. just be careful and mind own business and also don't land urself walking in late nights in that area, I felt.

Floors need mopping, not just vacuuming. The small fridge should have items to consume, like water, and be charged at ck out. There is and iron, but no board. A suit case offloading platform could be usefull.

The property was accessible, we did find mold on our sink , cleaning staff helped with towels , beds were big also

Hair in the bathroom was left as well. Not recommend for a long-term stay, but fine for a one-night quick stay. Close to Manhattan’s F/M lines to the city.
