By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I travel the world and have never stayed at such a dump. They give you two tiny pillows to sleep on. My rooms shower was just the floor with a drain. No hair dryer. It looked like the bathroom door was kicked open and it didn’t shut right. No one was at the front desk when I came to check in. I waited about 45 minutes for someone. Stay away from this dump.

Good place to stay at NYC. Relatively affordable. The space is a very efficient hotel room.

Ac in the first room didn’t work but the front desk staff quickly changed the room to one that’s was working. Service was fast and accommodating

The neighborhood was not the best. The room was clean but very small. When I say small I mean small like cruise ship inside state room small. I wouldnt ever stay here again.

Just save your money

Good for the price. Had a couple issues with the key card, but the WiFi worked well and the bed was comfortable. That’s all I was really looking for.

This is comfortable for a solo traveler for maybe three days, but the space is tight enough if you have large bags. The area is a bit rough though.

Location No cabinet to hang the clothes. No table. No complimentary inside the room. Room are not clean. Got 100$ deposit upon checking in. Staffs are not helpful. I will not book again to this hotel.

Neighborhood is not safe and we had to park the car a few blocks away. This hotel is good for an overnight stay, not for longer.

Overall the price was not the best. The extra fees really did a number on me when I checked in. Although Expedia is great at finding cheaper hotels this place at face value seemed great until I stepped inside. Once I stepped inside for check in the receptionist was asleep snoring on the front desk. I had to knock to wake him up. The building was also packed with old mini fridges lined in the hall ways making it hard to walk and maneuver. The elevators were also damaged inside and out. The floor tiles all cracked and scattered. Inside the room there were the basics all hotels have. The downside for the room was the shower hands down. The floor was all wood and instead of an actual shower floor or step in tub the hotel had a rod with a shower curtain and that was it. All the water was spilling around in the wood floor where the shower should have been.

We booked a queen room at Mayfair, but the keys we were given didn't work(happened twice). After about an hour, we were transferred to another hotel and given a room with a full-size bed instead of the queen we had booked. Overall, very bad experience.
