staff was rude and unhelpful. rooms are TINY. first one i was in didnt even have a night stand or desk so all my stuff was on the floor plus the a/c wasn’t working. had to ask numerous times to change rooms and they still tried to convince me it was working until i asked the guy “ok try to change the temp then” which he couldnt do. they finally put me in a room which was a little better but only after i asked about 5 or 6 times. on top of that its in a very sketchy area. only good things were the smart tvs in the rooms

There is no parking no amenities and the rooms are clean but in very poor conditions the pictures advertised were not as it was and there’s no gym or dining area at the property other than that it was quiet, I tried to change my room for better quality the staff said that could not accommodate me do to this being their standard room, it was non refundable as well so I just stayed at family’s house and came back to check out the day I was supposed to

Lot of noise trough thin walls. I heard a phone conversation of somebody 2 rooms away from mine from 11pm to 1am.

Nothing The staff were rude, the room was gross, I couldn’t get an extra blanket, so one of us could sleep on the couch in the room..the staff behind the desk asked me to come back in the morning(I was staying 1 night)… hidden fees… it’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for my 100$ deposit(I’ve called repeatedly and they say they have released it… its been 2 weeks…
