I didn’t like the overall ambience. And also they mentioned about a non smoking board. But the building smells vape too much. I didn’t like it

The hotel looked like it was in a war zone. Both inside and out. I have never experienced something so awful in my life. Everything was dirty. There were dumpsters outside the front door of the hotel. The neighborhood was something out of an apocalypse movie, the owners of this property should seriously consider turning this into an industrial warehouse or something. It is not fit for human accommodation.

The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke and I am allergic. Also the rooms are advertised as non-smoking.

Check in was very slow - long line and only one person at the front desk, who was trying his best. Room was clean but otherwise unremarkable. The rate was decent for this up and coming area of LI City.

The first room I was given had stains on the sheets, so I had to wait 10-20 minutes for them to give me a new room, where I couldn’t even scan into the room. The staff were extremely unhelpful and when I asked about the tv as I couldn’t even use it, they said they would bring a maintenance person up to my room and they never came for 2 days. Horrible Hotel and I could not recommend to anyone

El baño muy sucio

Great experience over all. Went for the World Cup final weekend. Was aware of the area. Everyone just minds their business and gotta be aware of your surroundings.

Do not go there cause they have hidden fees and the staff very unprofessional

My wallet was stolen during my trip, so I had no credit card to put a hundred dollar deposit on the room. However, I had cash but they wouldn’t accept it. I was travelling with my young child and they didn’t seem to care to accommodate us. I had to walk in the middle of the night in a rough area with my son to go rent another hotel. I would NEVER stay in this hotel! Other hotels were compassionate about my situation but this hotel was not.

Nothing really. Bed was semi-comfortable and shower was decent Staff, policies, amenities or lack there of, old furniture, no room service

Yes, why was there no free water being served??! Crazy!
