Excellent been here before and coming back again

My only complaints were that a maid forgot to give me hand soap, but the receptionist compensated that deficiency by providing me with three or four hand soaps, and that the stairs leading to the parking lot outside are disgusting and need to be cleaned. The soles of my shoes were sticking to the floor after a walk down there. Davian at the reception was particularly nice and helpful.

Was only there for one night but it was close to the tube station which made travel very easy. Rooms were clean. The shower wasn't great as it kept changing to the tap setting, and the towel was basically a hand towel but everything else was sound.

You get what you pay for

Good spacious rooms with air conditioning, easy access to subway about 5 mins away and there are delish and fast food outlets in the local area within minutes. Rates were okay for new York and only 10-15mins to midtown Manhattan

You just have to ask them without assuming they can't help you. they are willing to help their guests.

The room was very clean and comfortable! It would be great if they could place at least 2 bottles of water in the fridge.

Doors slamming or day and night, party till midnight loud and screaming lock didn't work padlock on balcony door worker working and hanging out balcony looking in the room

In our 5 nights there, cleaners didn’t come once. No fresh towels, sheets- anything. Only had 3 pillows and they were all awful. I’m was the size of a shoe box. Paint was sagging down which we assumed was from a water leak? All to say that you should absolutely spend the extra money to stay somewhere nicer.

The hotel offers standard rooms and basic amenities, with no notable features or additional services.

Location was close to access public transportation. Staff were helpful. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. Keycard stopped working once but they said it was due to it being placed close to a cellphone. Overall not a bad stay.

Para hacer turismo en New York está bien ya que está a 5 minutos caminando de una estación del tren. Lo que noté es que el área de noche no es muy seguro pero hay una guagua que te deja en la misma esquina del hotel. En limpieza, no limpian tu habitación hasta el día del checkout y sinceramente solo vi una persona de limpieza para todo el hotel. De mi parte no vuelvo para ese hotel y más por esa área.

Nothing at all apart from the gentleman on reception The room was dirty, nowhere to hang our clothes, no safe, we were due to stay 3 nights but checked out immediately and requested a full refund, this was 1 week ago and still not heard from the hotel.

I had an issue from the beginning. I tried to change the check in date and for a week I was unable to contact the desk. There was no answer on number on the app and on the contact email. I lost the reservation in the end. I have used the app before with no problems, the contact info on the hotel details was of no help. Very disappointing experience
