And we bought a parking space in their tiny ass parking garage to come back to the hotel later on that night for our space to be taken so then they created a space for us right in front of the main entrance. Only one elevator was in service there’s 11 floors so we had to take the steps from the fifth floor all the time because by the time it got down to us, it was full. Also, it took five days for a $150 hold on the room to come back to my Credit Card. Didn’t see anything on the website saying anything about a hold.

A gem of a hotel. Very affordable and located in a vibrant neighborhood in the most expensive neighborhood in Queens.

It was a quiet place and great for relaxing. However, the towels had stains all over them—at least one of the ones I received did. Other than that, it’s a good place to stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking was a bit tight but there was enough space. Would definitely recommend specifically for the price!

Kinda dirty but close to the subway. Good if you have a show at forest hills or in Manhattan and you’re on a budget. Gross ring of grime under the rim of the sink. Bed seemed clean and I don’t appear to have been visited by bed bugs.

Avoid at all costs. Seedy slum, UNSAFE area with addicts and homeless on the same street. Hotel run down, poorly managed (none of the drawer pulls were secure - they were about to fall out as was the toilet paper holder; only one of 2 elevators working, and no stairs to connect floors, only to exit building; $30 a day paid "parking" is tiny lot for employees where they discard piles of furniture/trash). It's so not worth the extra money saved. A customer who just checked in, came back a few minutes later saying someone was in their room. Huge mistake to stay here
