Everything was perfect I have a very good experience with my family.

Overall pleasant stay

The charge you extra for WiFi…basic WiFi and a premium price for WiFi you can use to stream, they have basic antenna tv so streaming is a must…tv cut off and wouldn’t cut back on. I used the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush, I told the front desk to send someone up to my room while I stepped out…came back late at night and the problem was not fixed. They also charge you for a parking spot for the day but if you move your car then it’s not your spot anymore and they’ll give it to someone else.

Great hotel stay here neighborhood is not great

Now, the negatives are a whole different story. Let's begin with my room. It had no hot water and no refrigerator, so I asked to be transferred to a different room. Once transferred, I noticed that the door would not lock. Also, the bathroom door had cracked wood on the bottom( scuffed area on the bottom also). Breakfast was no good as well. Nothing to provide. Cereal and boiled eggs only with coffee. I ended up going to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast. So, I would have rated this hotel a 1, but because the staff was super nice, boosted it up to a 3 with hesitation. Lastly, its quite noisy at night. At almost 12:am, people were talking so loud in the hallway. It woke me up. Its up to you if you want to come to this hotel but, if you do come here, be prepared for surprises. As for parking, it was not too bad, you just have to look around and you will find one eventually.

Ok Breakfast … The Neighborhood Is Terrible Right in front of The Projects, definitely don’t feel safe at night time or even in the afternoon. There was always cops on the corner. If you stay here you must come in groups or have a car, transportation is a couple of blocks away and walking through this area is definitely not a fun thing to do.

I always have a great time at this hotel. Just need designated handicap table to eat breakfast in the dining area

This is a great place. We really enjoyed the room and the staff were excellent people. Thanks for making our trip most enjoyable.

Very clean rooms for our family of 4. Parking for a fee, breakfast was included and kids enjoyed it. Very central, close to all the boroughs! Will stay here again next time!

Modern and clean hotel just a few blocks away from central Manhattan. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast quality and variety could be improved. The neighborhood is ok but could appear as risky.

Great hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean room and linens. View was if Ling Island city, not manhattan, but still pretty. I wish the complimentary breakfast was a bit better for the price I paid, and was available longer. Just basic grab and go stuff or stuff for the toaster.
