Everything was good outside of the parking. There were only 7 parking spaces for guest which was a inconvenience. When you got a spot you almost didn't want to move your car as you would have to park somewhere and walk back to the hotel. Outside of that the hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Rooms are clean, staff is nice! The neighborhood is mildly sketchy, but out of the hotels control just be mindful for late night walks. Only bad thing is WiFi is terrible and tvs don’t work due to WiFi ! I had to go my whole stay with no service ( because the building, and was only on 2nd floor) , WiFi or tv.

Needs Security outside Buildings and Sorroundings.

They canceled the room. I had no control over flights and weather conditions.

Overall pleasant stay

The charge you extra for WiFi…basic WiFi and a premium price for WiFi you can use to stream, they have basic antenna tv so streaming is a must…tv cut off and wouldn’t cut back on. I used the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush, I told the front desk to send someone up to my room while I stepped out…came back late at night and the problem was not fixed. They also charge you for a parking spot for the day but if you move your car then it’s not your spot anymore and they’ll give it to someone else.

Great hotel stay here neighborhood is not great

Now, the negatives are a whole different story. Let's begin with my room. It had no hot water and no refrigerator, so I asked to be transferred to a different room. Once transferred, I noticed that the door would not lock. Also, the bathroom door had cracked wood on the bottom( scuffed area on the bottom also). Breakfast was no good as well. Nothing to provide. Cereal and boiled eggs only with coffee. I ended up going to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast. So, I would have rated this hotel a 1, but because the staff was super nice, boosted it up to a 3 with hesitation. Lastly, its quite noisy at night. At almost 12:am, people were talking so loud in the hallway. It woke me up. Its up to you if you want to come to this hotel but, if you do come here, be prepared for surprises. As for parking, it was not too bad, you just have to look around and you will find one eventually.

I always have a great time at this hotel. Just need designated handicap table to eat breakfast in the dining area

This is a great place. We really enjoyed the room and the staff were excellent people. Thanks for making our trip most enjoyable.
