Close to a metro station. Cheap for that location. It was not super clean, it was often smelling weed, and the area does not feel safe, but, for that price, it's kinda what you can expect...

The lady at the reception, her name is Nahee, was extremely helpful. She organized all 17 guests into their rooms because the hotel had received different information about the guest names from Booking. The hotel was clean and new. One disadvantage was the regular noise coming from the elevator shaft every time the elevator arrived on a floor. Some people don’t mind it, others might find it disturbing. The area around the hotel is one that residents of Queens know well — you just need to walk quickly along 40th Ave to the hotel, ignore the surroundings, and once you reach the hotel, it feels safe. The M subway line is a 5‑minute walk from the hotel. If you want to use the N, W, or 7 trains, you can take a bus; the bus stop is at 21st Street and 41st Ave. Q69 or Q63 take you directly to the subway. You can leave your luggage at the hotel even after check‑out and pick it up later when you need to. Overall, I rate the stay as very good. the regular noise coming from the elevator shaft every time the elevator arrived on a floor.

The Hotel was clean and the rooms quite big for NYC. For US standard I guess it can pass for a 4-star hotel, for European standards it would be a 3-star max. The price was really good for NYC and it's close to the metro. You'll reach Manhattan really quickly. Well, when you come from the metro, you'll have to pass the projects to reach the hotel. Google maps will even take you through the projects. If you are used to NYC and you have stayed in neighbourhoods that have not been gentrified, you'll be fine. For families or first timers I would not recommend this hotel. The area is not too nice and unfortunately doesn't feel save.

Hotel and staff were fine. Bathroom was really clean. Bed very comfortable, but extremely high, you literally have to climb up on it. AC worked great. Zero parking, even though advertised as they do. We had a 6 door caddy and had to park miles away on the better side of town in a safe garage and Uber back. Very shady and sketchy area. Walking to the subway was scary at night. Even during the morning was shady. Overall though, clean room and bed. I would stay again.

Everything was great, our neighbors in the next room were loud, from 1am till about 3, when we finally had enough and called the desk. The music and laughter ended quickly after that. Thank you to the staff for the quick response.

The location was very disappointing. The surrounding area is mostly auto repair shops and industrial businesses, and it was not an area we enjoyed staying in. We stayed in room 402. The room was clean and looked recently renovated, which was the only positive part of our stay. However, it felt like they cut corners everywhere during the renovation. There was no safe, only one nightstand, and very little attention to basic things you expect in a hotel room. Even having a place on both sides of the bed to put your phone or a glass of water was not possible. The biggest problem was the window. It didn’t close properly and provided almost no sound insulation. We could hear everything outside throughout the night, and it honestly felt like sleeping with an open window. Starting around 7 AM, trucks and large vehicles in the parking area in front of the hotel were constantly backing up, with the loud reversing beeps coming directly into the room. The bed was another problem. It was extremely noisy, even when simply turning over during the night. Overall, we barely slept. Between the poorly sealed window, outside noise, and noisy bed, this was easily one of our worst hotel stays. The room was clean, but unfortunately, that was the only good thing I can say about our experience.
