This was a just-fine hotel if you’re traveling solo or as a couple, but the service was really disappointing. After coming back tired from sightseeing, I just wanted to buy five bottles of water at $2 each, which was enough for us that night and the next morning since we were checking out. I gave the staff member a $20 bill, but he said he had no change and basically told me to either buy more bottles or leave, since they don’t accept cards for water. It’s not about the few dollars, but the lack of basic flexibility and consideration for guests. Also, if you’re traveling with a toddler who moves around a lot in their sleep, be aware that the beds are quite high—it made us quite worried and uncomfortable during our stay.

Everything about this hotel was perfect!! The location to the subway was a plus and so was the hotel staff. They have an ATM on site and even sold bottled water, sodas, and snacks for only a few dollars. It was a great price and very convenient! I would recommend anyone to stay here when visiting NYC as it was a great experience.

They kept our luggage after we checked out which was very helpful. The room wasn’t ready on time bc they were cleaning which wasn’t very clean, but it was ok.

As a 2 star hotel, it was good but the area or the neighborhood is not good. Feel like not safe to commute at night if venture outside at night.

Good enough for the price we paid. No water refill station and the elevator beep heard was the room seems like an avoidable annoyance. Other than that, no complaints. The staff was very helpful and kind.
