Complete important kitchen set in the room Have to request for house keeping

No parking is a major never again for me..

The staff went completely above and beyond, they even decorated our room and left a handwritten note for us, which was such a sweet touch. The neighborhood isn't the prettiest, but we never once felt unsafe, and it’s literally a five-minute walk to the subway. Breakfast was great too, with tasty options to kickstart a busy day. A massive shoutout to Rosa, Luis, and Isis for being so amazing and making us feel right at home. From offering us food and checking in to ask about our day to sharing great local suggestions, they truly went out of their way for us. We will definitely be back!

Parking garage, they keep your car safe. Small gym. Breakfast. Complimentary tab water and herbal water next to elevators. Upper floors are quiet. Soft pillows. Garage price 55$. Limited access to garage, 6am - 11pm.

I sent them emails with evidence of the room condition and parking issue, and they told me they would help. After that, they basically stopped responding. I sent multiple follow-ups and still got no real answer or refund. Very disappointing experience. I would choose somewhere else.

Determined to take matters into my own hands, I went downstairs and purchased an extra-strength bug spray. This solution offered some relief for the night, but the flies persisted the following day. At night, they would enter the sleeping area, forcing us to swat bugs while trying to rest and protect my baby. Needless to say, this experience was highly disappointing and unhygienic. I kindly request compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused by this traumatic stay.

Hello, I had a lovely stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott at this location. Christina was so helpful from start to finish! The hotel is very neat and clean, and the breakfast was amazing. Top-notch service all around. A huge thank you to Christina for giving us a warm welcome every time and always checking in on us. We stayed for 5 days—two families across two rooms. As we visited all the way from Toronto, Canada, we will definitely book this exact hotel the next time we visit New York! P.S. Staff members were so kind and friendly. The water, tea and coffee stations available 24hours. It is veryt convenient have a breakfast included. Near of a metro stop.

We loved the breakfast options. I’m gluten free and was always able to find something to eat every morning. We loved having a fridge to keep our leftovers and takeout fresh. The location was a tad scary, especially at night. People were shouting at us on the streets while we were walking back but other than that it was nice.
