They had roaches crawling around the walls, and they have a no smoking policy and people where smoking weed on this floor in some of the rooms. The carpet was disgusting with stains, and the sheets smell like bleach i had to spray my perfume on it. I only love the view and the bathroom.

Everything was very clean, friendly staff and a great stay

Expected more

Overall it was good the only thing they don't have microwave in the room and shared microwave is dirty and risky to use because you don't know who used it.

Nice hotel, not a great place to go for a walk at night😱
-
I didn’t like the room, the toilet didn’t work and was a pain to get it fix

This hotel is decent. The room was thoroughly clean but the amenities were average. The T.V only had 25 channels, some of which had staticky quality. No microwave in room. The bathroom was nice. Very basic value hotel. The WiFi was good. Didn’t get to try out their breakfast due to COVID-19. The staff was nice. I was satisfied with my stay. Not ideal, but good enough.

Stay was just what I expected! Great city view from the 10th floor.

This property is used as a homeless shelter! This should have been made clear before I booked this. I booked it as a gift for my brother and his wife. So embarrassing when they shared this bit of info. Also, the person at the front desk in the morning was so rude and they shared. Apparently, the night clerk said they could get a late check-out for noon but when they explained this to the morning desk clerk she told them that she didn't hear this and that they had to leave. Would NOT recommend this property at all!

The street where it is located was bad. Noisy from other rooms

The last minute stay was ok. The decor was ok but things needed repair. Television reception was poor. But they claimed to have a clean tv remote. Bathroom light/exhaust fixture was sub-par at best. Bed was not very comfortable but the sheets were amazingly soft. Towels were small but clean. The breakfast was not so good. The eggs had an odor. Sausages were greasy and the waffle maker was not cleaned well. House keeping was loud and the walls were thin. Didn't get to Sleep in!

Great service! I landed early and was allowed to check in early. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was free and amazing! Great view of the city from my room!
