There was no outdoor seating area and that was the only drawback considering there was not much in the area in terms of entertainment. Something to consider. However, I still enjoyed my stay and found it convenient enough. Thanks everyone,😊.

Very friendly staff and so helpful as well. Cleanliness and rooms were just as expected. And carry on top, it has shuttle to subway stations which made our trip to Newyork city very smooth.

The staff at front desk was amazing , helpful and suggestive in anything I was curious about in regards to area and stay

The staff were very friendly and a pleasure to interact with. We checked in late, after 10, and the receptionist was cheerful and helpful. Her name was Eleni if I remember correctly, and she gave us water bottles, which were greatly appreciated after a long, hot day of traveling. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable. Signing into the wifi was unclear. There is a free version and an “enhanced” version, and the pop-up made me think I was using the free version when I was actually signing up for the enhanced version, which was almost $7 a day.

Value for money and breakfast included Bathroom needed lock

The hotel was cleaned. Their breakfast is good. Though the neighbor may seem a little sketchy they provide a shuttle bus which was great. I would stay there again if needed. The only thing is the elevators are very crowded so it takes a while to go down to he 1st floor and go up. Other than it, it was all good.
-
Rude staff at the reception and very aggressive, especially a guy told his name is kevin and challange m e to report him. my wife felt very unsafe in this atmosphere.

Good experience. None

The room and lobby and valet parking for the whole day even if you leave your spot is secure for the whole day. The breakfast area not enough room to sit the set up for food was kind of cramped need more pork free options.

Could someone please give me my $100 dollars back after already pay for the room Good Morning, thank the staffs for working at this facility. They had great breakfast, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, orange juice, coffee, tea, etc.And fruits and yogurt. I guess this was a very popular hotel. There was a lot of people. The carpet knee, cleaning the carpet neatly.Cleaning, that was the only dirty thing with spots. All over on the carpet There was no towels thank god I bought my own towels and washcloth. I request towel and wash cloth three times but the lord is good cause I bought my own. , the staff were great talk and there was an outside what my understanding is , there was an outside people that didn't bought the towels and washcloth. I am still waiting for the $100 that they took out of my account. I don't know why they took it, but they said to hold the room when I already pay $450 for the 2 nights.

Friendly staff and a clean stay The bathroom door doesn’t close properly

We didn’t like the people next to us who kept coming in and out of their room. The hotel is nice but the area is sketchy. It can feel unsafe at late night hours. Breakfast was good but can get busy making it hard to find a table. Overall our experience was good. The house keeper on the second floor Patricia did an excellent job. The room was nice and cold with a comfortable bed.

Near time square, clean room The computer system crashed and check in took a long time. The bed was not comfortable.
