I have never had to pay for wifi ever in any of my previous stays in my life ever.

Breakfast was good. Decent variety and enough food. I will suggest adding more fruit to the buffet. The coffee station needs attention for early evenings. By that time, the coffee is cold and the area is messy however 24hr coffee is on offer. There are 3 lifts, but only 2 lifts working made the wait for a lift very long. With 16 floors, there should be at least 3-4 lifts in working condition. Especially because guests check in or out every day, so there is always someone that need to move luggage.

We enjoyed our 20 nights stay. Complimentary breakfast and shuttle to and from subway station was a huge plus. Definitely will consider this hotel for my next trip to NYC

I liked SpringHill Suites because of couple of things, breakfast, staff, and location this what I think about now. I was surprised of the underrated reviews in booing.com I think it deserve more and better reviews.. I noticed that the housekeeping did not refill paper cup and sugar bags, but it is not that important because they have 24 hr coffee in the lobby.

The overall stay and property was fine. However, the elevator system is designed poorly! With 15 floors and the amount of rooms per floor, this hotel typically seems to be very busy and they only have two elevators working to carry the guests up and down each floor. The wait time for the elevator ride to your floor, especially around breakfast time or check-in time, was absolutely ridiculous! They have a third elevator, but it goes to the 16th floor, which is the penthouse. And at some point in the evening, only one of the two elevators was working. Again, horrible design. If I had known this ahead of time, honestly, this would’ve swayed my decision from staying here.
