everything was good for staying

Rooms were extremely hot..Air conditioning was set to 58 and fan on.it was awful!!

Overall I had a good stay. But there was no fridge in my room. In the description, I read there was.

Housekeeping was great.

Rodney was excellent. Even helped me with his personal phone charger. Went above and beyond for us. I brought the charger back in the morning so I am hoping they gave it to him when he came in for the next shift haha.

Room was spacious. View was as advertised. Staff were friendly.

The location was convenient to the subway, and the hotel was very clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Great view from the room. Our room had a supplementary air conditioner in it. Better than just having a broken primary air conditioner with no backup, but the replacement was very noisy. The bed was not comfortable.

The room we got in this hotel had a view of all of Manhattan, which was one of the requests we politely made, and they fulfilled it. We were very grateful for our stay. It's close to the subway, making transport to Manhattan easy, and it's near many places to eat from different cuisines. Plus, for the price, it was quite good Something that wasn't so good was that the air conditioning was broken, so they put in an air fan that made quite a lot of noise. It managed to cool the room down a bit, but on hot days, it was difficult to get the room temperature down. While it is a 3-star hotel, they could really benefit from vacuuming the carpets on all floors and inside the rooms more frequently, as it felt a bit dusty

The staff seems not to know about the area

This is my second stay, here. On a high floor, the skyline views are terrific. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, with great places to eat, very nearby, like DK Pub and Artpresso Cafe, or a couple of stops North, to Astoria, for a multitude of options. I again stayed in one of the larger, corner rooms, with two walls of windows, with a small balcony. Attentive, friendly staff. Clean. Spacious. The venue is mere moments from the subway, and in two stops you are in Manhattan, at Lexington and 59th.

The room had no AC. They had a fan and the balcony door open. Bugs flew in my room and I was unable to get a refund. Staff was terrible!! Never stay @ this hotel

It was ok. No issues, my previous experience was in a different place and it was not good

We had a corner room which was bright and spacious. We were happy to have parking at the hotel. Wish there was a coffee maker in the room or lobby!

Had an amazing view. Staff were excellently hospitable. Easy check in and check out, deposit was refunding within hours of checkout. Some things slightly outdated and considering how far from anything special it is, it’s rather expensive

Location and staff very friendly.

The concierge staff was courteous and tried to be as professional as possible. The AC in our room was not working. They did provide a portable AC but it was small and not capable to cool the room that was extremely hot. I tried to ask for solutions but unfortunately the stagf was not able to help. The room itself was not the cleanest and some of the plugs didn't work. It felt that we were really in a motel. Again, the staff were nice but they didn't have the tools to help.

Amazing location close to subway First night room carpet wasn’t the cleanest but we were upgraded when we came back for a second stay
