Great location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, subpar breakfast on first come first serve basis, and semi helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Room was clean and had everything one would need. Check in was a little slow, but she did check us in at 230 pm, so we were a little early, and they were accommodating. Breakfast was a little disappointing on Monday morning. There was no food left at 830am on Monday morning, but the coffee was the best I had ever had at a hotel breakfast. It was a good experience, I would certainly return.

La verdad , no quede muy contenta. Quedaron en que podíamos hacer early check in a las 2:00pm. Cosa que no se pudo hacer porque la habitación no estaba lista a pesar de que ya nos habían dicho que para las 2 ya podíamos entrar. Nos entregaron la habitación a las 3 y algunos minutos. Mientras esperábamos en el lobby ni si quiera agua nos ofrecieron por el mal rato. El estacionamiento hay que pagar $40 dólares por noche cosa que también esperaba que aunque sea una noche nos dieran por el mal rato del early check in pero tampoco. El hotel no tubo ningún tipo de gesto con nosotros por el mal rato. El desayuno no tiene hora de culminación comienza a las 7am hasta que se termine , quien va de vacaciones a un hotel para levantarse a las 7 am a desayunar porque si te levantas a las 9 ya no queda desayuno 😂 bueno. En fin el hotel no tiene nada de interesante. La verdad muy limpio eso si tengo que mencionarlo pero en lo demás tiene 0. Que no se me olvide mencionar que tiene unos televisores super viejos . Ni si quiera pudimos usar nuestro netfli. Deberían actualizarse para lo que cuesta una noche ahí.

A very convenient location between 2 train stations, a clean room daily, beautiful reception area . The sheets were not changed only on request, and the breakfast was lacking. Only some croissants, bagels and muffins daily

The hotel provided good value for money overall and the staff was really helpfull. Cleanliness was good and towels, cleaning and bedcloths were provided daily. The location is good, close to a metro station. The family Suite room gave a good view to Manhattan. Free breakfast was provided Some furniture are old, but functional and there is a non-switchable vent system which keeps running all night. It is inconvenient that bedside table and lamp can only be found only on one side of the double bed.

This hotel is a great value for the money, especially in an expensive market like New York City. It’s comparable to much more expensive hotels and the location is great. The property and staff are excellent. I highly recommend it.

I usually prefer staying at Marriott properties, but this time I was traveling with a car in New York City and could not find suitable parking elsewhere. I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised on-site parking with in-and-out privileges. Unfortunately, that ended up being one of my biggest disappointments. I paid for four days of parking, but after returning late one night around 1 a.m., my paid parking spot had been given to someone else. I spent close to an hour trying to resolve it while my baby was crying. I ultimately had to park outside. I was also charged for an additional parking day that I did not use. The information on Hotels.com was also misleading. Breakfast was advertised as included, but the hotel said it was only “complimentary,” first-come, first-served, and could run out early. Several times there was no breakfast left, and the breakfast area was poorly maintained. The staff were consistently unhelpful. I received “I don’t know” or “I can’t do anything” as answers to many concerns. Despite having a baby with me, there was no assistance with luggage. The room was smaller than expected, not as advertised, and I noticed ants inside. The manager later promised to have breakfast set aside for me each morning, but that did not happen. The overall experience was so disappointing that I checked out one day early. I would not stay here again and strongly recommend considering other

Do not waste money. Room was ok but water fountain wasn’t working, breakfast was a big joke the only thing they had was croissant, Bagel and muffin, only to last few people and the timing was 7am til the food last. My wife went down around 7:30 and there was nothing left. I have stayed at other hotels in New York but never had an experience like this. This hotel shouldn’t even be listed on Expedia.

All good except breakfast. It was available only 30 minutes from 7am until 7.30am.

I brought it to the attention olf the night desk clerk who could not have beem more rude or less helpful even if she tried. Which she didn't. She simply did not care. Didn't offer me a complaint form or anything else. Customer satisfaction was not her concern. Exercise machines in fitness center did not work and the continental breakfast just ok, with very limited options. Becasue of lack of respect afforded to me, I would not stay there again.
