Clean rooms. Limited parking. Breakfast is on a first come basis.

I was very disappointed with my stay. There was no drinking water available on the premises, which was inconvenient. The room was also extremely small, especially considering the price we paid. The breakfast was very disappointing as well. The only options were coffee, bread, and a muffin. For the price of the stay, I expected a much better breakfast, especially since I was staying with my 12-year-old son. Finally, I was very uncomfortable with the way I was treated by the receptionist. She was mean and unwelcoming toward me, which made the overall experience even more unpleasant. Considering the price we paid, I expected a much better level of service, comfort, and hospitality. I hope you will take these concerns seriously and consider improving your services.

The staff specially Omar was awesome. We had some AC issue with the room and he helped us get another room. The place is great. And yes they do have breakfast! The serve crossiant , bagels cup cakes and pies. The local is great the Dutch kill station is 3 mins walk away. We didn’t use the hotel parking but found a spot (12 mins walk away) for 20 dollars per night. I will definitely consider this for future stay.

They used AI on the photos to make it look better than it actually is

Charging $40 for parking and no in and out and $50 for spare bed rip off
-
Great hotel for the price. Excellent bed, everything clean, next to train for easy access to Manhattan 5 min.

Everythingwas great staff were kind and helpful and the room was great
-
Breakfast was only your choice of bagels and pastry, no toaster , just a microwave. View was great but of course windows hard to maintain. Some hallways were very hot I think due to the icemachines Otherwise good stay

Breakfast is bad and parking is bad.

i wasnt happy with breakfast in the morning it would be gone in 20 minutes due to me having a child. room needs to be cleaner.

Definitely not worth the price! There are way better options in the same area! The staff was extremely rude, especially the front desk! I was treated like a nuisance and she had her AirPods in both times I had to speak to her. Also, the rooms were very old and outdated with extremely small TVs with only cable tv options. The room was hot with a portable AC left in the room. The “breakfast” was stale bagels left uncovered with only butter and the coffee machine was broken. Again, the staff were very rude when asked for help. Overall, definitely will not be returning here. There are way better options in the same neighborhood where you’ll be treated with respect and kindness. Also, you’ll be saving money!!

Overall the property condition is good but the service is not good. 1. Their Expedia description say they have in/out privilege with daily parking with $40. They give me parking, when I come back from outside, found they sold it to someone else, when I informed they said no in/out privilege, I showed them their Expedia description, they were not apologizing rather showing unprofessional attitude. The very same people said first day, that where parking showing empty, all booked, may be ppl are outside. FACT: They make their rules verbally changing every time in their favor. 2. Their breakfast timing info totally incorrect. They provide few breakfast items, mostly bagels, muffins, etc but at 7.30am till it’s finished. At 8am, I found no coffee there. FACT; what they said 7-11 timing breakfast totally incorrect. Totally disappointed dealing with unprofessional ppl there.

The property is well located close to subway, restaurants and parks.

Nice hotel in LIC, and the manager was especially helpful accommodating our family's needs. The room wasn't as fancy as the one in the photo, but it was a nice hotel room. I would happily stay there again. Very close to the subway into town.

Had really bad experience and property was not in good condition and staff were not very helpful

The 'breakfast' isn't to a European standard, a first come first served selection of muffins, bagels & croissants plus black coffee. No milk, no fresh fruit (how much are bananas these days?) If you arrive late then the aftermath can resemble a plague of locusts having just visited. Staff on reception can be a tad brusque & surly, reluctant to help with basic requests such as replenishing breakfast items. Was decent value for the location, no major complaints.

Staff wasn’t really helpful when I asked to be relocated to another room, also my room had ants everywhere. The room Service was very late and Non helpful when they finally decided to come around 5pm I just grabbed towels instead. The best part of the room was the balcony Definitely not with 500$ for a weekend.
