The internet was fast. Everything else.

The location and the price are very good. The room was small but it was fine and the staff was nice. Overall can not complain, the bad reviews are not true! The towels we got after they changed them were stained and had a hole. The room was very small.

Proximity to public transit. Price. Hair on bedsheets. Furniture dinged/damaged. Bodily fluid-like stain on chair. No blackout curtains. Black mold, lack of hot water in shower. Toilet barely flushed. Tv audio video delay/mismatch. Wifi slow. Mini fridge not cold. No coffee maker.

Staff helpful. Clean. Near trains NW and cafe and restaurants, spacious room. Free tea and coffee. I am here for entire week and every day I smell the heating fume in my room on first floor..., maybe fume is from basement via pipes or windows? Not sure from where but its there every day. I have asthma. Hope hotel fix this problem.

Friendly staff, great location, and decent price. TV in room looking like it was falling off wall, shower head needed updating, one-ply toilet paper.

Nothing That the shower pressure was so low it was Barely coming out water the covers were very light and i was freezing has to put the heat high

Was close to where I wanted to stay. This was most definitely not a 3.5 star hotel. Bedding was very poor (only 2 small pillows and 1 blanket). Furnishings were serviceable but. Very worn. Overall at best this was a 2.5 star hotel.

absolutely nothing. this was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. BED BUGS!!!!! this was a terrible hotel from beginning to end. bad service, bad room, bad hotel. we had to leave in the middle of the night due to bed bugs and never returned. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
