Nothing really Dirty bathroom when we arrived

Clean, staff was friendly and able to answer questions, accommadating. Able to bring us extra towels as needed for our shower leaking. We were in NYC for our 50th anniversary and to go to the US Open. fun stay Shower could be fixed some how.

Excellent room and staff

The bed was comfortable, lots of hot water and very quiet even during the weekend. Someone’s luggage was in the lobby unattended for most of the day.

The location is great. The front desk person that managed our check in apparently didn't do it properly, and the first night the staff tried to aggressively break into our room trying to kick us out. Mind you, we booked the room for the whole week (over $1k paid in full) and had checked in properly the day before. The staff was incredibly rude and aggressive. We had a language barrier which made it even scarier, because we couldn't understand half the things they were saying. At the end we came down to the lobby and sorted it out, they apologize for the inconvenience but there's not enough apologies that can make up for the scare of getting woken up so aggressively in the middle of the night in a country you don't speak the language. Would not recommend, specially if you are traveling with kids or elderly people.

The location from Midtown and it’s cleanliness

My daughter had her wedding reception on the rooftop of the hotel. The staff and management went above and beyond to meet our needs. Thank you Mike, Frank, and Patrick for helping us celebrate this very special occasion. The a/c was not functional in the first room we were placed in, but they moved us once we reported the issue.

The view was unexpectedly good!

Pretty little hotel close to the subway. Beautiful view of the city. Lovely deck and upstairs bar both with great views.

Loved everything

Everything was perfect except no refrigerator was available.

We had an enjoyable stay here. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite small with little counter space, but the water pressure was excellent. On street parking around the hotel was sometimes available and we felt very safe walking in the area at night. There is also a nearby parking garage with lower rates than onsite parking if you like. We never had time to use any amenities so I cannot comment on those. While I would not describe this as a luxury experience, overall everything was very nice for the price and we would not hesitate to stay again.
