Do not stay here. The hotel bed had mites or bed bugs -- not sure. There was no one at any point at the front desk to help. I checked out early because of this, and the hotel refused to refund me.

I can’t even tell you every turn I made there was hair on the floor. Gross What made the situation even worse was the way this property handles customers. You can barely get anyone in person and seem to only deal with people over the phone. Even the security staff at the desk told me that management/staff regularly does not come down or respond to customers when called and that this is an ongoing issue. After I left, I was given conflicting information about whether I needed to formally check out, and then the hotel refused to refund me. I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager and was not allowed to. At this point, the entire experience feels extremely shady and scam-like to me. Seeing the positive reviews here honestly makes me question how accurate they are!!! I travel a lot and I have NEVERRRRR experienced anything like this.

No staff available. Had to call the service at the lobby and paid additional $35 for so called facility fee which was not mentioned on hotels.com to get room number and access number.

Place needs to be better manage

Apartment was very good for value, convenient location, and nicely decorated. However, we stayed on the first floor next to the elevator and lobby and my husband got woken up several times because of the guests and cleaners. We tried changing rooms a few times but had difficulty finding and locating the host. The online call center was not very helpful. We were only able to find the host and successful change our room the very last night out of 4 nights there.

Unprofessional, dirty, rude staff and not helpful. The room was dirty with bugs.

The property wasnt horrible but it definitely wasn't the cleanest place. Floors under beds hadn't been swept in a while. Lots of dust on the floors, all around the room, and bathroom. Staff was helpful when they where around. At no point t did the room ever get cleaned during our 6 day stay. We had to keep taking our trash out to a hallway trashcan and emptying it. The advertised laundry is broken and apparently has been for months now according to staff. Place just felt dirty.

Hola buenas tardes para mi una falta de respeto total desde el inicio de la reserva donde me pedían hacer una llamada donde la persona duró más de una hora para darme la clave de la habitación y la clave de acceso enviándome por mensaje el número de cuarto 211 en cual l ingresar la clave a la habitación estaba ocupada y con personas adentro de la habitación posterior a eso vuelvo a llamar para plantear el problema y duró casi 20 minutos más donde el seguridad del edificio entró a otra habitación 101 verificando que no estuviera nadie adentro de la habitación donde me da acceso a la habitación donde me anoto en una hoja la clave posterior mente al ingresar a la habitación ya cansado porque eran las 12 10 am la habitación no estaba limpia la cama no estaba arreglada y había pape higiene en el suelo. Por la hora no pude contactar a soporte pero dejé mensaje en el chat de expedía y nadie me respondió solicito una respuesta y una llamada de forma urgente tengo fotos de cómo estaba la habitación al momento de entrar

We requested additional towels from the front desk, but they didn’t seem sure about the request. I later called and was told that towels would be delivered to our room, but they never arrived. I waited until the next day and called again. They apologized and said someone would bring both towels and toilet paper, but once again, no one came. Luckily, we happened to see one of the housekeepers and were able to ask her directly. For a 7-day stay, there also wasn’t enough toilet paper provided, and we eventually had to purchase our own, which I don’t think should be necessary when staying at a hotel. Our room was on the first floor, and the noise was another issue. We could hear almost everything, and even after 11 PM it was still very loud, making it difficult to relax and sleep. Overall, the location is convenient, but for the price you’re paying, I don’t think the hotel is worth it. The property itself felt outdated, and the customer service was disappointing, especially considering that we had to repeatedly ask for basic necessities and still didn’t receive them. Unfortunately, this would be my last time staying here.

I had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean, neat, and well-maintained. Everything was organized and looked cared for, which made the entire stay very comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to Naveen, the manager, who was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. His warm hospitality and excellent service truly stood out and made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again!
