Breakfast was great. So close to the train!

The location and staff. It was a great location. Walking distance to our event location and the subway.

The location was very convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was very disappointing. We found cockroaches in the room, and there was hair from a previous guest on the towels. This made us question whether the room and towels had been properly cleaned before our arrival.

great hotel and great location—next to good metro location with access to various visitor locations in NYC (Manhattan, Central Park, …). Also nearby to various food and markets.

Room was very clean and tidy, but the bed was a little too stiff to lie on.

The one girl in the reception and the men were very polite The women manager that works at the c area where the the breakfast is )was so rude and talked to us like we were criminals We wanted to keep 2 plates of food for 2 people because it was our last day and needed to rent a car so they would miss the breakfast that was until 10 because they might be late When she saw us she started shouting like crazy like we were stealing from her in front of the whole people and that she would charge us as extra and preferred to through the food than let us keep it even though we explained her with a very nice manner the situation UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR!!!! Also the room was dirty the toilet was clogged and the closet was dirty by chilly sauce and I put my clothes on top and they we ruined I have pictures of that We give our money to have a nice and pleasant stay and she made us feel horrible I would not recommend it to anyone because she doesn’t deserve it Behaviour is one of the biggest cons dirt and mistakes can happen but bad behaviour ruins your whole trip and is unacceptable for me

The location was fine, close to the metro station & quite easy to commute to Manhattan through metro connection no.7 Pricing seems on quite higher as it’s like 3star category hotel.

The breakfast was great! The mattresses were very firm if you prefer that; we don’t. We opted not to have housecleaning everyday, but when we asked for clean bath towels we were questioned and it was a bit of a hassle. They held our luggage before checkin and after which was fantastic. The area around the hotel is sketchy. Saw someone shooting up in a doorway right next door.

Clean, comfortable, convenient.

Close to LIC central area. Low variety at breakfast. Had to request yogurt and eggs. Lower floors are loud and you can hear the doors shutting in other rooms.
