Old facilities. No amenities. Main entrance is unimpressive - no lobby.

On the safer looking side of queens, no problems even at night. Breakfast was acceptable.

All employees extremely rude Location plus the staff made it much more unappealing we left early

Second time staying here. Nice clean room, very confortabile beds, good breakfast, 7 minute walking to metro and 15 minute to the centre of Manhattan. You don t need car, the traffic is chaotic and intense. But if you have there are a complet of parking places near. The room a little tight for 4 persons but we managed :)

Hotel is a good distance away from the city center of Manhattan with it being near Queensboro Plaza. The space is in good condition, relatively new, well maintained, and has a decent number of breakfast options to dine in. Room is solid and is what you expect from a solid hotel: clean, solid, and nothing that wows you.

Clean room, comfortable beds, very close to metro (10 minutes by foot), 15 20 min metro to the center of Manhattan. Good breakfast comparable to other US hotels. Friendly staff. The rooms a little tight, but the size of beds ok, as in description. No parking place, you could find one 2 blocks near.

Everything was great.

However, the price was reasonable, and the rooms were clean. It was just what my buddy and I needed for a place to sleep while visiting for a two-night concert. This is not a place you stay for an experience, but if you just need a clean place to sleep near the MTA, this will work.

Clean, easy to navigate, secure, and comfortable.

Stayed here for a couple shows (King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard ) at Forest Hills Stadium. It is really close to the subway stations(Queens Plaza and Queensboro Plaza ) Rooms were clean and updated bathrooms. Few food options within walking distance. They offer free breakfast as well at 7am. It is a quiet and safe area. Will stay here again next time i’m in the area.

Great location close to metro. Downtown and midtown Manhattan are only 15 mins away. Really good breakfast options too and nice complementary coffee available all day. And great value overall Front lobby could do with a makeover... It's your first introduction to the hotel and gives you a bad vibe. But don't let it put you off... It's a great hotel that I'd happily recommend to anyone.

Convenient short ride on subway to central New York. Thai restaurant close by, breakfast was good. They have vending machines and hotel transfer to airport available. Enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Nothing to not like
