Actually, I was just looking for a reasonable priced overnight stay but was very positively surprised about how well the hotel is maintained. The staff was nice, clean room, breakfast buffet and so on - everything was great

This hotel looks unassuming from the street but is a very well-maintained and cozy spot to stay within a few minutes’ subway ride of downtown Manhattan. The rooms are small but comparable to higher-end hotels in the city and the amenities were nice (although I wish they’d include wash cloths in the bathrooms). Highly recommend staying here if you want a good value on a room while still having convenient access to the city!

The surroundings and outside were very uninviting. The mattress was hard, burn hole in the middle of the sheer curtains. The bathroom was clean and looked recently renovated. The front desk staff were friendly.

Close to subway station. We woke up to a cockroach in our bed the morning after our first night in the room. We were offered to move rooms but instead opted to go elsewhere in NYC for the remainder of our trip.

The hotel is located close to several subway stations, making it easy to get anywhere in Uptown or Downtown using one of the nearby stations. The rooms are well maintained and the beds are comfortable. There is some street noise, but it is at a reasonable level. There is an airport shuttle service to and from the airport for $70. Overall, we stayed at the hotel for quite a few nights, and I would happily stay here again. The breakfast does not offer much variety, although this may simply be the standard in the United States. It is exactly the same every day, and it is served with disposable plates and utensils. Some of the staff are not particularly friendly, but they are polite. There is one older gentleman who was noticeably friendlier and more helpful.

Stay was great! So easy to get to from the subway. Staff was nice. Breakfast had lots of options.

Absolutely everything! Perfect location close to 3 metro, safe area. Amazing helpful staff. Good various breakfast includeed in the price. Space clean rooms fully equiped in everything what you need. -

Cleanliness is good. Location is good. We were give a room where ventilation did not work at all. Staff knew it feom before and still alloted tge room to us. Some of the staff was not helpful at all and some were rude. Breakfast was basic and trays were empty and not refilled quickly. The room prices were unreasonably high. No value for money.

Closeness to the metro and daily cleaning of the room Breakfast could include more variety. We stayed for 9 days and everyday was the same
