Courtyard Long Island City/New York Manhattan View

Nice hotel in a safe area near the subway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Felt very safe here. Barely noticed outside noises. Room was nice size. Wish the sink was outside of the bathroom so more than one person could get ready at a time. Mini fridge in room was very small and held about 6 bottles of water. Adjacent parking ramp was convenient, however the stated self park option wasn’t realistic as cars were parked in these ramp things above one another, plus the attendant said it was valet only. We also had a minivan so we were charged close to $10 more per day. Overall we had a nice stay and would recommend hotel.

Bathroom was too small, tub has half way glass if you need to take shower water gose all over the place....

This place is Amazing and the store outside is so good open 24 hrs. Easy to get on and off the subway.

Cons: There were a couple items left behind from prior guests, which was the only down point. And, one of the washers wasn't working so we couldn't wash everything we needed for the next leg of the trip.

The room was clean and reasonably furnished. The bed was comfortable and spacious. Overall, this is a good hotel to stay for long island city.

The hotel was great but it advertises valet parking which is why we chose it but its not something they offer they use the attached parking garage and we were told if we left with the car we would have to pay $55 every time we returned. Then they put the parking break on my car while in a flat lot for idk what reason which got stuck and blocked my car in, to manually release this I had to open the hatch which got scratched because there was a car lift above. They were no help and didn’t even bother to apologize.

While the e property itself was OK, there was much to be desired from the shower. There way it was water kept pouring out since there was only 1/2 a door, we had wet floors everytime we showered.

We had the best experience. The staff was wonderful. The staff was welcoming and helpful without being asked. The building was clean, safe, and easy to access. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

The staff were very nice, the room was spacious and very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable!

The room was cozy and met our needs, but a little smaller than anticipated. The shower pressure and temperature was amazing! We had plenty of Uber options to choose from in this location. The market/cafe next door was very convenient.

The location was good, near 2 subway lines that made it easy to get into Manhattan or visit family in Brooklyn. Also a 24-hour deli mart next door and a little park for my doggie's business. Got there early but check in was a breeze, room NYC size but clean with a mini-fridge. All staff very helpful, highly recommend and would stay again.
