Room design was off, the shower was in the middle of the room - thank God for the brick walls. No shampoo and shower jel in the shower. I could store my bag after check-out. Had to find a storage place.

Wayyyyyy better than I expected. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Nice view. Good kitchen and a den is wonderful

GREAT location, 24 hour deli bodega next door, lots of great food options a short walk away Beds were comfortable, nice to have a private bathroom for the room. Lockers were adequate though a little small. Staff was responsive enough. Loud train nearby but earplugs work! Not ADA - lots of stairs

noise they always put me on the ground floor and there's too much noise talking slamming doors the lobby echos . A girl came in my room at 1am and Turned on the overhead light then she took a shower making a lot of noise with bags etc. Girls touch the air conditioner changing the temperature all the time or turning it off the second day after a couple different people complained someone changed it so Noone can change it that was good. The ground floor is terrible I asked if could be moved to a higher floor and they said no. Also the bottom bunk bed isn't high enough I couldn't sit up without hitting head the upper bed needs to be higher so people can sit up. When I told the manager about the girl turning on the light at 1am he said there's nothing I can do about it now . People need to be told to be quiet after 10pm travelers are exhausted .

Location is great. Building and area are nice. Bed was comfortable. Do not expect the “posh / alternative” hostel aesthetic. It’s just a regular place adjusted to fit people, period. Nothing fancy. Bathroom was really small. Lockers without lock, and no tables for upper decks. Lots of problematic people staying there, btw.

All things Nothing

The room were clean but the beds were a little uncomfortable and flat but it was in a continent location.
-
The staff offered no satisfactory solution and showed little concern for the inconvenience caused. A confirmed reservation should be honored, especially when guests have traveled a long distance to get there. I would not recommend this hotel due to their poor customer service and unreliable booking practices.

Pretty clean, liked the ensuite bathroom. Be aware you must bring your own soap and shampoo. Facility was clean but bedroom had a kind of locker room smell. GREAT location and for that price, it was a great deal. Would stay again.
-
Air conditioning was making a lot of noise, no warm water for the shower or any soap.
-
The location is unbeatable. It was so close to the subway station and many Asian eateries. Luggage storage was also available for a fee. The trains are very loud at night and the sink is the size of a shoebox. The bathroom sink is very difficult to use.
-
Great way to stay in NYC at low cost. No issues with check in or building. Very satisfied.

Is near of Metro. I like yhe atention

The staff was friendly and amazing, the location couldn't be better with the subway. The blankets provided had these rough spots on them that made them uncomfortable for me to want to use them.
