I hated the size of the bathroom the sink was made for a two year old not having a refrigerator in the room was terrible the staff was good the room was clean

There’s two close by subway stations so you can go anywhere in the city. Q4 is open 24/7 cuz New York never sleeps. Beds in the shared rooms are cozy, but the top bunk has no seating or place provided for sorting through luggage.

Great location, only 3 subways stops from Central Park, and all commodities around! Also the room was very clean and shower very spatious. A bit loud, could hear everything happening outside (and it is a loud area) and in the hallway (close to the entrance of hostel). Also, they shouldn't allow arrivals in the middle of the night in my opinion... very unpleasant to be woken up by someone unpacking at 4am.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. It was clean and the location was perfect. Buses and subway access within a block or 2 to everywhere. Thank you to the staff who were so kind to help me with some booking issues that were totally on my side but they fixed everything. Loved the kitchen and access to refrigerators. Really nice community hang out area downstairs. Clean and friendly. Would stay anytime I am in New York again. Like any place in the city, noise at night, but not from the hotel or guests, just trains and traffic. They offer earplugs at check in. Have no complaints whatsoever.

It looked like a great place, but for the second time I wasn't permitted to stay there. Both times, I was given a different reason. I hated their arbitrary policy of denying me the right to check in because of my New York driver's license. This is the second time I was left without a place to sleep even though I paid for it.
