LOCATION IS GREAT

Clean room and budget friendly for my 5 night stay. Front desk staff very nice. They even saved my shirt that fell from the 7th floor to the glass rooftop/balcony of another guest. I would defintely stay again N/a

Small but functional family room with spotless bathroom. Comfortable beds, good shower, working aircon. Free tea/coffee, lovely friendly helpful staff, real close to subway stop direct to Manhattan in minutes, plenty of shops, cafes etc nearby too

Ice machine - I enjoy crushed ice Bed & pillows were hard, curtains were not the correct size to cover the window & morning light came right on our faces.

Very clean room with nice facilities and a really fabulous view of Manhattan. They only did coffee. No option of breakfast.

Coffee was always on and fresh. Water for tea was hot. Breakfast was good also. Milk was available and refrigerated. Lids for coffee and napkins where plenty.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat and we had a balcony. Shower pressure is excellent and the tub was deep if you wanted to take a bath. There is tea and coffee available 24/7 and a little seating area in the space. There is also a gem of an outdoor space with tables and chairs and a swing. The location was great, two blocks from the subway and lots of cafes, restaurants and stores within walking distance. Quiet at night. The underground parking garage can only be accessed by staff. The room was small but perfect if you only plan to sleep and shower. One of our bath towels was bare in two spots, the towel holder was rusty, the mattress was super soft, and the AC doesn't stay on. There were only a couple of outlets in the room. There is only an outlet on one side of the bed and only one of the plugs is available because the fridge is plugged into the other one.
