I stayed here for 2 weeks on business, the hotel is perfect for that or as a way to explore New York City. The amenities are excellent, the prices are fantastic for what you get, the bed was comfortable that shower was great. More than anything, the staff was very helpful and friendly. It's not fancy but it's an excellent clean hotel

-Breakfast has very limited options ( not even a scrambled egg, not even one veggie option) horrible coffee! -Beds were double and not queen sofa bed had an uncomfortable mattress -Pillows were smelly and not comfortable -Shampoo bottle was empty -55$ per night parking !

Staff mailed something I had left in the lobby on our way out. Excellent service.

Well lit , spacious room and closer to subway station

The room was clean the bathroom tub was a little dirty but I guess it wasn’t the worst. My checking was smooth jessica fixed everything when I accidentally booked the wrong room. Things went good though. I like the fact that you need a key card to get in the front door I felt very safe. I would stay here again. Even thought the parking garage was full during my stay & o had to park on the street or a different parking deck.

Had a nice stay. Staff was helpfull, room was clean. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked.

Our ladies’ group of six stayed in a double queen room with sofa bed. We had the best experience. Complimentary breakfast was A+. Best coffee. Great staff! Subway stop into Manhattan one block away - 17 min ride into Times Square. Would stay again and again.

Very convenient location! The provided breakfast needs some improvement such as more variety, better food, and staff service. Some Laundry machines are out of order and in general they are poorly maintained!

Home2Suites Long Island was perfect. Hotel was nice and had free breakfast, but I overslept and missed breakfast. Nice spacious room with nice amenities and beautiful bathroom made the stay enjoyable. Was able to walk and find good food plus get to subway easily. Staff did have to help me navigate the area and gave great recommendations and directions until I figured out the lay of the land. I definitely recommend it and would visit again.

I loved staying here. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and it was conveniently located in quiet Queens right next to the subway to get to Manhattan.

Rooms need updating, especially the shower.

Had a great one week stay! The free breakfast was great and amazing view from the balcony! Short walk to subway station :) Would definitely stay again!
