Great location!

This is my go to hotel. Close to everything. Minutes from Manhattan. I’ve even stayed here while I was painting my apartment.

Front desk staff were amazing. Never experienced such great customer service, accommodation and flexibility. Definitely the best 10/10

Loved the cleanliness of the room, full kitchen, friendly staff, convenience of location for our activities. The breakfast was adequate. The toiletries were minimal.

The staff was very unprofessional and not fully trained. I was worried a bit when I checked in necause he didn't really know what he was doing. When I was checking out, the staff was away from the desk, so I had to wait. When he was back at the desk, he had his eyes on his phone, not watching out for customers at the front door. The door was not automatic; either open using a room key or open from the front desk. My car was moved from the paid parking lot, it's not valet and they charged $65. and the headlight setting was changed by them. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. This hotel.char

Super endroit, situer pres du metro, les chambres sont tres grande et tres propre, le déjeuner est correct sans plus,souvent froid, mais ça fais le travail. On peux égallement stationner dans les rues tout près

As a Hilton Honors member who stays at many Hilton properties, I can honestly say this was one of the best complimentary breakfast experiences I've had. The selection was excellent, and what truly made it stand out was the staff. I especially want to recognize Lida, who prepares the breakfast area each morning. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We had several lovely conversations during breakfast, and when I mentioned that I was heading to work and had a long day ahead, she kindly prepared a to-go bag for me. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. Her kindness made a real impression, and I was truly grateful. The genuine hospitality and attention to detail made this day memorable. I would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay outside of the city. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel very clean!

We’ve stayed here many times. The location is convenient to the subway. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. The breakfast is nice too.

Sofa Bed was

WiFi required a registration with Hilton honors or was offered for a fee. That seems primitive by today’s hotel standards.

Very clean property within walking distance to the subway, restaurants and bars. The subway ride is literally 15 minutes to Manhattan making it very convenient for tourists. Love it and will definitely return to this hotel.
