Staff amazing location

Location was great and staff were very helpful! Breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of offerings.

Cleaning

Room cleaning did not happen regularly. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. The coffee machine was damaged.

Great hotel, the breakfast was good and the room very clean!

I liked everything about the property except for the breakfast, not continental as claimed, not much variety. Also parking was a great issue, but I guess that is a general thing.

Breakfast is amazing and location if events in Melrose Ballroom is perfect

I would recommend making use of the washing facilities much easier. I would most definitely recommend this property again.

Location and well equipped with basic requirements for the stay. Cleanliness. The blanket for my son had stains and looked like it was in use for 20 years or more as it was old and ripped.

This is a great option literally one black from the N Train so you can get anywhere in Manhattan quickly. Definitely a great option at a more affordable price point than Manhattan. Feels new, and clean and well ran. Perks are quick transfers from LGA , Great sushi around the corner and great coffee shop/cafe across the street. I would definitely stay here again and feels safe. Included breakfast is to be expected but works fine for simple needs. If all those reasons work for you that I have said go for it you won't be sorry if you find the price right.

The hotel is very near to the W and N train line. Theu charge more than ot appears on the reservation. It is not ok to have extras. Booking is garantee the full price with no hidden fees. Also, having a shower only from the ceiling is not so comfortable.

Kitchenette was useful. Staff was great. Room was clean. Breakfast great. Some gym equipment broken, like the bikes. I could hear some noise ( music) from the room next door.

Convenient and great area.
