The room's are clean and comfortable.

Room was disquisting roaches everywhere toilet didn’t work stains on all the sheets blood on the walls cracks in the walls stains on the walls floor was stained and not vacuumed the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years was closed stray cats everywhere construction being done on parking lot construction materials everywhere was so bad we immediately checked back out and went to another hotel

Where do i start.... the beginning. We have a service animal and lets just say they need to go over the ADA. Hugely poor execution on their part. The hotel clerk, no character at all. Heavy accent that was very hard to understand. The property itself, absolutely trashed everywhere you look. No building maintenance, broken toilet underneath stairs, I mean this place has no care at all. Now the room, a lot to be desired. Malfunctioning door, holes in the wall, holes in blankets, huge holes in doors, nasty curtains, and dead bugs. Do your selves a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Dont let the price entice you. Im pretty low maintenance as far as an overnight stay for a road trip is but this place was highly unacceptable. Tear the building and rebuild.

There was roaches everywhere and dust everywhere. The beds were extremely uncomfortable

Cold ac They gave us 2 pillows for 4 people payed 58 online at pet friendly motel only to get charged another 30 when I arrived then room full of roaches my husband was given a bottle of water to kill them then I go to take shower and there's hair in bottle from the last people that stayed and the pool looks nothing like pictures

Staff were more than helpful Not much to really say

The bed There’s been a lot poorly done remodeling in the rooms. Very poor cleaning. Vent shower bar in the bathroom. I walked around where the pool area. There is no landscaping maintained.

Proximity to work

Provides coffee in office which is next to the laundry room for guests

I like the proximity to food chains and my job. The biggest plus is that there is a guest laundry room ??? There wasn't much I didn't like at Arya Inn.

There was hot water One light in the entire room area worked. The shower rod was broken. Broken tile in the shower. The bathroom door barley closed had to force it. The area was shady and we ended up leaving after seeing the condition of the room.

Every thing Nun

Not a damn thing. Honestly we were highly disappointed when we were told that we were not going to be able to access the pool which is the only attraction at this hotel on the days that we were there. Online it mentions nothing about only having pool access on Saturdays and Sundays, but when we check in we're told we were going to be unable to use the pool on our extended stay. We did not like our lack of any full access, we did not like the fact that our toilet pivoted on the floor tossing us into the tub. We did not like that our refrigerator was frozen up with a block of ice in it. We did not like the fact that we found leftover garbage inside of the refrigerator actually we would press for reimbursement of our funds if we talk there is any chance that we can get them back but by the disrepair of the parking lot and the poor attitude of the staff and the lack of turn down service we highly doubt any refund would be possible because it would be a miracle if this hotel is even able to pay the electric bill because surely no one would ever return to a crap hole such as this one!

Clean room, WONDERFUL staff very quiet as well

I had just gotten evicted and needed a conenient place close by to stay during the very rough transition & our pets. This motel accomodated everything I needed. Easy process for check in and excellent customer service. breakfast

The room stinks! Smells like a smokers room even though it says no smoking on the door

Run down, dirty. The curtains were falling down, toilet set had burn marks all over it and the door to the bathroom barely closed because the toilet was too close. The tv occasionally worked. Provided one towel and 1/2 roll toilet paper. Had to ask for more. I stayed a week and they didn’t replenish.

Absolutely nothing It was filthy exposed wires hanging everywhere. A gap under the door about 3 inches tall. Holes in the wall. Dirty wash rag in the shower. Refused to give a refund and staff was rude

There was a car parked outside our room running with lights on until 3am
