Nothing. Very rude. Against military/ service dogs. Overpriced and old furniture that smells

Okay for a short stay. Bed was ok. Bathroom not very clean. Staff not professional or on top of things.

Quite a stunning looking place from the outside not so stunning on the inside. I rented two rooms for a week one room the air did not cool and we had to be moved the other the toilet did not flush properly. The.pool was never really clean and on day 3 it was down right to filthy to swim in. Breakfast was the best!! With a bit of hard work and better management this could be a fabulous place to stay.

Stains on towels, bugs on ceiling, room was very small, toilet seat wasn’t clean, worker was very rude during breakfast while my girlfriend struggled with the waffle maker and yelled at us to just turn it over and let the timer run so we did, then when it was my turn to make my waffle she repeated herself as if I didn’t know how to work it and then she proceeded to stare at me for about 3 minutes straight while my waffle was cooking and then when I proceeded to head to the table I looked at her because she was still staring and she rolled her eyes and shook her head. I checked out before 11 and said I wanted to cancel the second day and the other worker stated booking.com will blame the hotel but that it’s up to them to pay me back and they won’t do it because they need a 24 hour heads up despite me only requesting the hotel 23 hours prior at that point.

nothing The front desk lady was very rude everytime we interacted with her. When we were ready to go to sleep, the sheets were not cleaned. We went to the front desk to ask if we can get new sheets, front desk lady asked how long we were staying instead of apologizing. It doesn't matter how long we were staying, we expect clean sheets as anyone else there who booked to stay. My mother wanted to let her know breakfast was low on milk and instead of thanking my mom for letting her know, she said "I know." The yogurt tasted like expired milk and coffee was not great either. Overall experience was not great.

Hard flooring in the guest room instead of carpet. So much better than carpeted rooms since they can just mop it and have floors actually be clean. Overall fairly nice. If you look close enough you'll see the place probably used to be a much worse quality location.

The room was sm most of stall was very rude we stayed a week and never got rm cleaned sheets changed had to ask for clean towels the manager and a couple staff members were very rude one staff member was super nice

The property is directly off of I20. The staff is very helpful and accommodating within reasonings. I have stayed here twice. I would stay again. There are a few stairs to use to the second floor, due to there being no elevator.

No elevator. Toilet took three flushes to flush. Tv was not connected to cable.

Friendly staff and clean rooms I most definitely recommend that everyone stay here.

Let t the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our conversation with her as she was making our check in smooth and simple.

I loved the convenience, the breakfast was pretty good, and with a window seat there was enough sleeping room for 4 people. There were only two, 2 seater tables for breakfast. I wish there would have been more seating.
