The hotel was lovely, clean, and the staff very friendly! My only disappointment was the pool closed at 9 pm! I realize this is trite, but we were traveling and could have used a refreshing break after a long day's traveling! A 10 o'clock close would have been delightful!

I called before booking to make sure the hot tub was working, booked the room after verifying that it was. I get there the hot tub is barely lukewarm and it’s not jetted. It’s just a side pool.

Great, affordable stay! Everything was clean and staff were very helpful & friendly. I will stay here anytime I’m visiting Longview! Only con is the 2 bedroom suite with 4 beds only has 1 bathroom. So, a party of 4-8 people must use the lobby bathroom when the bathroom located in the room is occupied.

The lady that checked us in was amazing!! Super sweet and very helpful!! That goes a long way for me when the staff is exceptional! The room was great! Clean, comfy beds and a nice sized room.. The AC was super loud but other than that, nothing to complain about!

There was a last minute room substitution to similar, but not identical accommodations that had been reserved. The Manager was helpful and ensured all our questions were answered. The room was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. The breakfast had lots of options that satisfied hungry teenagers. Overall, a highly recommended property!
