I enjoyed my one day stay i was just disappointed that upon checking in i was not made aware that the pool was closed for renovation

It was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good Really can't think of anything

The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful

We had a great experience! Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were traveling through the area and really appreciated having a nice place to relax after a long day on the road. We would definitely stay here again!

Had problems with tv could not get a signal overall always pleasant

I did not like much of anything other than the room was clean. Poor lighting, television did not work and the hotel phone was broken...yes broken. After repeated calls to the front desk to get the television working I gave up on any expectation of customer service.

The hotel was located right off the interstate. The room was nice and relatively clean. Can definitely tell pets have been in the room before. The bathroom was very spacious. I wish there was a better storage solutions in the room so my toddler and dog couldn’t get into trouble. The complimentary breakfast was perfect.

I liked that the bed was clean but that was about it. The entire experience. Called before even making the reservation to confirm the type of room i was trying to get. The woman who answered the call was short and extremely rude. She just said what ever i wanted to ear to get me off the phone. Didnt book the correct room because said woman, so was very disappointed when I arrived after working all morning and then drove for 5+ hours to get to this hotel to be told that they in fact did not have the room i wanted because it was already rented out. When I asked if there was anything that could be done about this mix up i was just told "sorry since you booked through a third party we cant do anything other than give me a coupon to stay at this location only." As i said before I live 5+ hours away and the next time i will even be close to that area is years down the road.

I booked this hotel for the swimming pool, no where was it posted on website or page that the pool was closed due to an incident that occured prior to stay. We did enjoy the stay, however we would have not booked hotel if we had known pool was closed.

Really clean

Great stay, actually so good that we stayed again on the return trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. We'll see you again on our next trip.
