Basic needs were met

We checked in and immediately left to attend the viewing. We returned that night close to 10pm and the parking lot was full of service trucks. Our room was right by the stairwell (which had a garbage can overflowing with trash) and the outdoor sitting area. There were about a dozen lineman partying out there...and they stayed until 2am! My son called me and said their fridge didn't work & they needed to use ours for the bottles. Both rooms had dirty floors and our room had a used washcloth draped over the shower head. Both bathroom tubs had extremely slow drainage. The water was at our ankles by the time we got out! The next morning I went to the office to complain. The GM was late opening but he apologized. I told him about all our issues. He was nice & apologetic & told me he would refund our stay, but we had to check out first. My son only stayed 1 night & we stayed 2. I took this to mean both rooms, so I contacted Hotels.com where I made the reservations & they contacted the hotel & he would only agree to refund our 2 night stay. I contacted the GM directly & he said we didn't give him a chance to correct my son's situation so he wasn't going to refund that. We got in late, with a sleeping baby, and the office was already closed. No more room to write. Won't be back!

Definitely one of, if not the best, places to stay for an affordable price.

It was just an overnight stay.

Everything was perfect, I'm not staying anywhere else. Rooms were clean and fresh. Very quiet and the owner was really exceptional at accommodating us.

Check-in was smooth and quick. Desk clerk was very hospitable. Room was clean.

The rooms are not only super clean with kitchen amenities like sinks and microwaves, the General Manager, Jai, makes sure you're taken care of while you stay and goes above and beyond! We left an item at the room and called to see if it could be found, not only did he check in with housekeeping to look for it but he mailed it out to us as well! Jai is super nice and treats his customers with so much care. If you're ever in the area, you don't even need to consider any where else, this place is clean, safe, and so well taken care of with excellent management! Super recommended!

Good place just wish there was breakfast offered

The a taffeta was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and well maintained.

Couldn’t even find it, never got to stay there—picture inaccurate on Expedia site, address link outdated. Didn’t feel safe going to property.

I would recommend staying here. The price was very good for the services received.

The check-in staff was good However they were not very accommodating when we requested additional towels.

Freshly renovated, and clean. Friendly and very helpful staff. If I ever need to come back to the Longview area, I will stay again.
