Nothing The ac wouldn't work properly the TV wouldn't work majority of the time. The door wouldn't stay shut and the staff was rude. As well as my reservation wasn't in the system.

It was ok a lot of loud stomping from someone above us and the shower is kinda not real easy to use the shower head doesn’t spray down at all. Other then that it was clean for the most part

The owner tried charging me more just because i didn't book directly through them. I was told that I could check in early by the owners wife. When the husband saw that I booked through booking.com he tried to charge me an additional $20 for early arrival plus a $25 deposit.

I check in I take a shower and within 15 minutes the lady at the front called the cops on me. I paid I showed ID I did nothing wrong and she called the cops to ask me what is my reason for the stay I may never go back to this place or a hotel 6 for that matter if you're going to treat a paying customer like this. Lady at the front was a short African American lady with a birthmark below her left eye.

Yes the staff was rude. The place was covered in filth and head bed bugs

Yes it’s cheap. But the place is always clean, everything works properly, nobody bothers you. What more could you ask for? Been traveling to Longview for work for a year now and they never disappoint.

The room was very neat and clean. Once the ac was on it was very cool and nice and relaxing. The staff was very nice and very friendly. Everything was very very good. Wished I could’ve stayed longer
