Location Staff provided a room someone else was already in. Parking lot was over crowded.

Breakfast has only 3 options.... Pool is permanently closed. Bed was VERY damped. VERY. We did tell the staff, but....

The room was decently nice, but a little musty. The bed was comfortable. We were excited to use the pool, but found that the pump was not running, and the water seemed questionable. Probably not safe. A working pool would have been nice. We just dipped our feet in the hot tub (that was not hot), and then went back to our room.

The location. The ac unit was very loud. The room wasn’t clean. The breakfast was just waffles you make yourself, dry cereal. They said free WiFi you could stream anything in it, it was slow or did f work at all. The same issues with the tv.

The pillows were the size of a couch pillow. They were very small and rather flat. Breakfast was not the best. They didnt have anything to drink and only had cereal, waffles, and donuts

The price was good. The room was clean. The first room we were in the TV didnt work but the staff was great and changed our room immediately to accommodate. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. Didnt get in the pool or jacuzzi but they looked very clean and other guest were in there. Have to brag about the waffles. They were very cute in the shape of Texas. Nice touch The pillows were the size of a couch pillow. They were very small and rather flat. Breakfast was not the best. I didn't stay at the facility. The hotel because their swimming pool was down, they needed to fix a part that costed about $5000. So they refunded as through the booking.com. App and I had to go find another place so that we could use ice swimming pool that was the main reason why we were renting a motel room was to go swimming. Because our house has no swimming pool and we don't live in an apartment complex
