The owner was very accommodating and understanding

Ice machine was broke, none of the stove top burners worked, ac in the back room separated from the kitchen worked decent for 2 nights then just quit working for the rest of the week I was there… requested a non smoking room had to be moved to a smoking room because the bed sheets were not put on the bed in the first room I was sent to. Smell was absolutely terrible even with air fresheners plugged into the walls, the beds were HARD, only thing that was decent was the price- minus the 50$ deposit that I never received back on my card. Look elsewhere honestly unless it’s just for a night and you’re trying to save a few dollars. Pictures looked absolutely nothing like both rooms I was sent to. Also the door was broke didn’t really feel safe couldn’t use the deadbolt door because the room had been busted into previously.

They didn't give my deposit back the room stinks they didn't clean room properly I just cant believe my stay it was horrible

That it was spacious and had a kitchen and living room! And if you leave it clean you get your whole deposit back! I love that. It’s real outdated and smells old. The room I stayed in bathroom roof was almost falling through and we found a few bugs in the room.

Kitchenette The fact the owner was standing outside of my room for a while one morning (keep in mind that my bf and I worked the night shift) for a period of time. It shocked me because I'm not sure how long he was there, yet he was concerned because I stored some items in my room for a friend that was also staying here. The owner was concerned that my friend things were in my room because he said "this is not a storage, you need to take her things out of your room." After removing the items, owner proceeded to question my bf and his ID (only had an old inmate ID). Personal questions such as "what did you go to jail for? How long were you in there? Are you a sex offender?" Now I'm all for the safety of your patrons staying here, however it felt very discriminatory. I became upset and asked for him to leave because I felt violated to which he responded with "you're not allowed any visitors and if you do, I will need you and your inmate bf to vacate the property." What would your response be? Update: apparently owner contacted corporate (Sonesta) to inform me that they can no longer extend our stay. This was AFTER I had already paid for another week with them and having the manager (who is a sweet and helpful woman) ask me to remove my negative comment. Can someone please assist me on reporting this company in regards to the owners discriminatory ways? Update: After contacting booking.com in regards to a refund, I receive an email stating that they need a letter from the property to release my funds if over $350 that I paid for the week. Why should I have to wait for my funds when they 1. Gave me a short notice to vacate the property (a little after 8am) 2. I had until 12 or I would be charged another day and 3. Harassed by the maintenance worker to hurry up and get out of the room. Why should I need to wait for my refund when the owner and his workers harassed us to vacate the property ASAP?

Air conditioning worked well enough. Pictures online did not match the quality of the room. Tvs constantly lost signal. Kitchen had stove, and microwave. no pots pans or utensils, no dishrags or paper towels.

Conveniently located right off the interstate with plenty of parking and easy access to the main road. There’s a Waffle House next door, a Mexican restaurant across the street, and convenience stores within walking distance. The room itself was very spacious and clean. No bugs which is always a plus. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot enough. My only real complaints were the TV and the microwave. The TV service needs improvement—for directTV there weren’t many channels to choose from and the signal kept going out, leaving mostly CNN and MSNBC, which I’m not interested in watching EVER!!. The microwave was also in pretty rough condition and probably should be replaced. Other than those issues, I was able to get a good night’s rest and enjoyed my trip to the city. I would likely stay here again on a return visit.

Loved the hotel period! From the office to the parking lot to the room itself! Its very kept up and the smallest things count like plenty of tissue paper for the restroom, plenty of towels and heaters work great along with both tv's to the lamps. Very good lighting in the rooms and parking lot. When I do rent a suite again I will make sure to cook a home-cooked meal for myself since there's a stove, microwave, fridge and sink. Very very very clean if you're looking for somewhere clean & healthy to rest. The beds are oh so comfortable. I hope to return soon and maybe get a great rate on a weekly stay!!! The onlyyyyy thing i didnt like was that the booking.com app stated the fees that were included in the total price and one was the 25$ refundable damage deposit. So i was told that I could receive it when I return the key in the morning. We'll if it was a misunderstanding,, okay fine im okay with that and its understandable. But the clerk that was behind the desk inserted herself into the conversation that me and the clerk that checked me into my room was having and was just uncalled for rude. It was early like 8:30am but there was just no reason to be unhappy, ungrateful and rude. Other than that I appreciated the lady that was so nice and promptly checked me in so I could go rest in the comfortable beddd!!!!! Thx Knights Inn for being here in town in a great location.
