It was convenient for everything that I need to get to. The people that were there were super sweet and nice and friendly and helpful, and I made friends there. It was a long flight up and stairs with heavy suitcases and 2nd bunk up with hard to with my feet problems. Toilet paper was scarce item.

It’s grimmy, oldschool type of living space. It has a lot of rooms for personal development. It’s an old building.

Concept. Bed bugs. Old mattresses. Old carpet. Not the cleanest.

Great community of artists living there, very nice and helpful people. The location is very central, although right in the middle of crack land. No permanent staff, the owner lives in Miami and supposedly has 2 employees to run the place. Organisation is a little sketchy, common areas are in a rough state.

Staff was helpful in getting extension cord after finding outlets near bed don't work. Everything else
-
The showers had no hot water. I got bitten by bed bugs. The place smelled of mold. Who ever is in charge should not be letting people come stay when they know there are bed bugs and no hot water.

Everything! Nothing

EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE, they made me feel like a real person, the fact that I was around so many like minded people as individuals and the fact that everyone in that house has the ability to be creative and to create dope work!!!! Only critique I can give is when I was first checking in but booking.com app didn’t send the details over in the timing they usually would whenever I booked a trip, but other than that everything else was very chill so were the people, I enjoyed the many conversations I had with everyone. Ms.Patty sweetest nicest lady in the world straight from Portugal very nice woman she treated me and everyone included in that house with respect and decency thank u so very much for making my stay feel better.

Other than that I would recommend it to people coming to LA on a budget. It's a great place to network and get creative and get you and your material heard. They need to hire another person to clean because it's to much for two people and some of the people that live here think there parents stay here and don't clean up after themselves. Could use one more refrigerator.
