The gym was awesome, the pool was clean and a comfortable temperature, the breakfast was crazy good, and the rooms were very nice.

The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. We've stayed there several times now and its always a good experience.

The headboard is peeling leather and appeared to have sweat marks. Making it less than favorable to sleep next to, I slept on the sofa. The bar serves drinks and lunch, which is helpful however, bartender was going around, taking peoples orders, but never approached us, which was a bummer. I ended up just placing my order at the bar and cutting to the chase. For similar price I could’ve stayed at the JW at the same weekend and shows this it’s hard because it’s not as chaotic next time. I will spend a few extra bucks and go to the JW which is less than a half mile down the street.

The fresh water in the lobby, and the young guy who was server at dinner on 9/24. The beds for soft The pool area was dirty. The cushions were very dirty. It was hard to sit anywhere. The door to our room kept messing up and we couldn’t get in. This happened for two days out of the three nights we stayed there we did report it. The rooms were very small and there was no microwave to heat up your food for the cost of the room. We should’ve had a microwave as well. The breakfast meal only gave us one piece of toast and it was sliced in half most hotels when you get breakfast, you get at least two pieces of toast. We only have one piece of toast and it was unfulfilling. The dining area needs more light is very dull, looking and dark. The hotel itself on the outside is very beautiful but in the inside, something totally different. I was very, very disappointed with the pool area. I wanted to go up there twice. I brought two swimsuits just to take pictures, but because it was so dirty the cushions were stained very badly. I did not go back upstairs to enjoy the pool area. I did not get the full enjoyment of the hotel amenities. Thank you for the stay.

The prices are of a 5-star hotel. This place needs a restoration on their rooms soon. Not worth paying for this hotel in downtown LA.

Exceptional

The bathroom in my original room wasn’t clean, but the staff responded immediately and quickly moved me to another room. Repacking was inconvenient, but their quick service was greatly appreciated. Everything else was great—beautiful hotel and perfect location for the Peacock Theater!

The stay was perfect, I wasn’t bothered at all and the staff were very helpful is the most kind way. The rooms was very nice and clean with an amazing view.

Unique boutique hotel in DTLA! Loved the vibes and the valet parking!

We have always used indigo hotels and it’s because we always get the best services to say the least highly recommend for any vacation and they do offer military discount for your stays as well.

The property is convenient with a nice view!. However, the room was not too clean!. The carpet was old and filthy as well as the furniture!. The room was needed à revamp all over!. Dusty floors and walls and underneath the furniture!. Couch was and chairs were dirty and stained. The bed was uncomfortable with old and saggy mattress. The covers had been used by precious guest!.

AMAZING staff!!!

The staff was amazing very nice and welcoming. Inside my room was a couch it was extremely dirty the hand rest was peeling it was full of stains we weren’t able to sit and enjoy the view we did feel disgusted just y looking at it.
