The cleanliness of the room

The parking is very expensive can range between $66 to 80 per day. Additionally the incidental fee is $150 per night. The restroom door always got stuck and for the price the rooms were small. I would never stay there again there are more nice and better priced hotels.

It's all in all a good spot to be downtown. Staff were, generally, friendly. The only thing that gave me pause was when I noticed that another guest was given the option for later checkout because of reasons provided. Given the circumstances we were under, we too asked for the courtesy, but were denied. I'm not sure what the criteria was to allow one over the other, but as mentioned, it leaves one wondering why the differentiation. The place suited our needs and we will consider it a potential possibility for future stays.

Everything was good and satisfactory except we had wifi issues throughout our stay. The staff and technician could not get it going to our satisfaction but other than that no issues.

Wonderful stay! Very clean and spacious. I enjoyed my time while I was visiting for anime expo. My favorite was the kitchen! I made dinner instead of going to the stalls at anime expo because those were very expensive. I will come back!

Great stay, just be prepared to pay for valet parking. It's worth the extra money since you'll have to pay for parking outside the hotel somewhere anyways.

My hotel stay was stress free. The staff was very nice and helpful. Everyone from the front desk, valet, café, security, and cleaning staff always said hello, did we need anything, promp, and fun to talk to. The hotel room.was perfect and spacious for 2 people.

The room was awesome! Plenty of space for 4 people. Well stocked with supplies. Went for a concert at Crypto and walked just 4 minutes to the event. Staff were super nice. Breakfast was good, lots of options.
