The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, the lobby was welcoming, and I enjoyed the restaurant as well. The hotel itself is a little dated, especially the decor, but everything was well maintained and comfortable, so it didn't take away from my stay. Most of my feedback comes down to personal preference. I wish the room had more natural light because I love rooms with large windows, and mine felt a little dark. I also would have preferred a glass shower door instead of a shower curtain, but neither of those things had any impact on the cleanliness or comfort of the room. The location was great and made it easy to get around. As you'd expect in a busy downtown area, there was plenty of city activity outside, but I still felt comfortable during my stay and slept well. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again if I was looking for a clean, comfortable hotel at a reasonable price.

If possible to double check the rooms they have available and make sure to close the door till you hear a click otherwise it won't be fully shut. Nothing wrong on the staff just the doors you gotta tug it to make sure it's closed.

The staff was great, room was clean and the location is amazing!! So close to crypto.com arena and a ton of other spots in Downtown LA. I would absolutely stay here again

It was our 1st time at E Central and we were not disappointed. From Valet parking, the front desk and housekeeping staff, everyone was exceptionally friendly & helpful. Hotel was super clean. We will definitely come back again

100% I recommend it.

The Keurig was broken. Certain channels on the TV had terrible connection issues. The grout in the bathroom was pretty filthy. I only booked this space because it was the closest I could get for setting up a clients show at Anime Expo.

They charged me over $600 in undisclosed fees after I paid in full online. I was only made away of these fees after I arrived at the hotel. Many miles away with no other option

Close to the arena with valet parking. Very pricy for the quality of the hotel with mandatory expenses and overpriced snacks/drinks ($10 for a water bottle).

Only stay there for one night and stay at the king bedroom which was nice. They have a valet parking lot, I believe they charge you 60 per night. So yes it can be expensive . But overall, I would come here again

Everything No pool

The view was amazing, housekeeping was excellent and the hotel was great. Very respectful and helpful staff. Definitely will be returning.

If I had known parking and additional fees would be so high, I would have stayed somewhere else. Being charged an additional 300 on top of the 845 dollars for a 3-night stay is absolutely absurd. I could have stayed somewhere more modern for the same price.

The staff was great especially Lakeisha I believe! She was my room attendant! She was awesome!

Location and valet There was very loud music/party right outside the hotel, only thing to try to drown it out was the AC but it was loud for hours after midnight. One of the staff members was very rude. No microwave in any rooms or communal areas. Shower was extremely difficult to use. TV was not working.

Thank you for helping me out with my deposit that was very expensive and I thought was included in my total price ! Great location and cute room. Definitely would come back again
