E-Central Downtown Los Angeles Hotel

Great location and very friendly staff. Rooms are huge for LA - though the bathrooms are typically small. Expensive fees and parking so be aware. Would probably stay again.

We stayed in a deluxe room, which was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect, especially being directly across from Crypto.com Arena. Overall, it was a great experience and a very convenient place to stay.

I was very happy with my stay. Everyone was professional and friendly, the rooms were nice and clean. The only problems I had was that there were no microwave ovens in the rooms or on the premises to warm your food up. They didn’t have breakfast and the store in there was way overpriced also I had to pay 66.00 dollars a day for parking which I find that ridiculous! Other than those things I was satisfied.

Check in was at 3pm and a room wasn't available until 5pm. But everything else was a 10 out 10!

The hotel needs improvement and better cleanliness. My room smelled bad, the windows were dirty, and the bathroom needed cleaning. I like the location and the valet staff were very nice and helpful. The front desk, not so much.

Great room! The staff was wonderful ! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful! If I ever have the opportunity to go back to LA I will definitely stay there!

The hotel was prime for its location . Walking distance to LA Live. Hotel room was clean and decent for a short stay . Price was fair . The conditions of the property could be better. Overall stay good for what we came for .

The hotel itself was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the beds were extremely comfortable. However, there is no hotel parking, so you have to pay for valet. The parking lot next door isn’t an option for overnight parking either. We were also charged almost $400 in destination fees at checkout, which was disappointing. Being downtown, there was also a lot of noise, including sirens early in the morning. If you don’t mind the extra fees, valet costs, and downtown noise, the hotel itself is a nice place to stay.

Great hotel in great location across from crypto arena. Room clean and bed was comfortable. Will stay again when in DTLA.

Great hotel and very good access to stores, food etc

I was about to check in early and check out a little later, staff was great!

Room was clean and very nice. However, was able to hear music all night long until 3 AM. Stayed two nights and that was the way it was both nights. Check in staff was rather rude. And they scam you out of $40 for parking saying valet is 60 but if you park yourself in the same lot, it’s 20. They don’t mention that when they say valet is 60.

Room was very nice. I was upgraded. The air conditioning did not cool the room enough. Enjoyed my stay.
