The parking was really expensive

Perfect.

Coffee maker was dirty. The people that stayed there last were eating hot Cheetos and was left on the coffee maker area. Shampoo was not full. Had to buy my own have to pay for your own parking. I will not be coming back here.

I will absolutely stay here again . Next stay I'll be sure to bring night munchies 😉

Excellent hotel rooms and staff! Great pool and amenities. There is no breakfast included but you have a cafe with food and great coffee if you pay the destination fees that are only mandatory for 6 days and under stays.

Honestly I’m very disappointed I came with my family and it was not good for the price. The pool water was freezing iv never stayed at a hotel where the pool is cold. And there was no hot rub. On top of that the vallet parking was terrible it was supposed to be in and out privileges and when I needed my car I txted the number and I got a txt sayin my car will be ready shortly and it took them 50 minutes to bring, and the families I was with all asked for there cars after me and they got it before me. When I told the guy why is my car not here he said sorry and I’ll get it now. For the price I paid I thought I’d get better service.

Excellent hotel and perfect location for attending Anime Convention 2026. The facility was clean and new, amenities were outstanding. Got a $18 drink credit daily for the cafe downstairs. Our room was a 1 bedroom with King bed and sofa bed in the living room. Very spacious and pristine. The front desk rep (Louie) was fantastic… friendly and so prompt and professional. Loved everything about this hotel. The valet parking and overnight parking was a bit pricey but it was expected due to the convention.

The area looks unsafe to be walking around not to many options for eating, sorry but I don’t recommend this area☹️

Clean room

Location is prime, so close to the arena and convention center. The credit at the food bar is great. Low water pressure, weird room configuration, some of the usb plugs don’t really charge well (use direct wall plugs), strange print design on wall, towels are pretty flimsy, I had 3 people listed and I had to ask for sheets and blankets for pull out couch, thin blankets, and they don’t serve food after 9:30 even though the TV hotel guide and one of the signs say 10pm… sucks when your family is tired and hungry.

Clean room,hotel valet parking only $75 or park across the street for $40 weekdays/ $60 weekends.

Great place for business or family trip. Everything is near and hotel staff are very helpful.

This is a nice solid hotel. Quite good for the price. The heating fan in our room made a lot of noise and kept us awake, and the breakfast was pretty pathetic. Just a credit at their snack bar where they have a few muffins and things like that. Don’t bother paying for it. The room and lobby is nice and clean. Showers are very nice. Views are good. Location convenient.

Hotel is at an excellent location if you're goint to Peacok Theater and/or to see the Lakers. Only downside is they don't have self-parking lot, however they do offer valet parking for an additional fee.
