Courtyard Los Angeles L.A. LIVE

Very friendly staff, clean and safe.

No tienen areas para diversion una barra mas amplia un restaurante para desayunar es en el mismo lobby muy incomoda el area , parking muy costosos comparado con los alrededores

Exceptional

Mediocre - I probably wouldn’t stay there again. The staff was not very helpful, they did not go over any of the perks that you actually pay for and there’s always a line for the elevators.

Just wish they had breakfast in the morning..

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Facilities and room were clean! The hotel is in a really great spot in downtown, there were a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also, the Metro is a few blocks from the hotel too!

Rooms were spacious and staff was nice

Perfect location for attending a concert at Crypto.com Arena. We appreciated being upgraded to a suite, and the room was spacious. Unfortunately, valet parking was over 45 minutes, especially frustrating because the concert had already started and we were stuck in traffic trying to get out. We ended up parking elsewhere and moving our car back later, so we essentially paid twice for parking. At $75 for valet, the service should be much more efficient. The A/C in the suite was also extremely loud and had to be turned off to sleep. Overall, a good stay, but the valet service and room A/C need improvement.

Exceptional

It’s steps away from L.A. Live and there’s food trucks across the street from the hotel, the whole experience was really nice!

Very clean inside and out … Staff very helpful Everyone checking out at same time , we had to pass twice on elevator being full , third time a charm , although we tried to leave early . But that’s business

Room was super clean. It was convenient for our event, it was quite and the tv had the dodger game which was a plus for us!

Very good

Love this place will be back in October

The place was wonderful, although the hotel is across L.A Live, it wasn’t hectic. The area is safe.

The place was wonderful, although...

The valet service was horrible at checkout, it took 45 minutes to get our vehicle

Very Great!!

The front desk was very efficient in processing our check in. However the valet staff not so friendly

Great location, amazing front desk staff & very clean. We loved it here and will be coming back.
