We had a great stay at the Hotel Figueroa. It is a unique property with such a cool vibe. The staff we very friendly and helpful, and the pool was a literal oasis in downtown LA. Very highly recommended!

Parking is the worst ever, such a scam. I’m staying at your hotel and you want me to pay 60 to park.

The rooms were cute, clean, and comfortable, and I really liked the overall style of the hotel. The only downside was the check-in experience. The lobby was extremely crowded, with a lot of people trying to check in at the same time, which made it feel chaotic. The wait in line was over 30 minutes, and even after waiting, my room still wasn't ready. If the hotel could improve the check-in process and better manage the crowds, it would make the experience much more enjoyable.

Great room was not expecting the room to look the way it did we really loved it

I booked a Junior suite for the second half of my stay as I decided to switch rooms. The first one was too noisy. The suite was spacious, quieter ad clean. So I gave it a higher rating.

I go to L.A. once every few months. I’ve tried numerous hotels downtown. Until this hotel, nothing has made me love any particular property. I like the size and location of Hotel Figueroa. I like how it looks inside. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is pretty. It’s clean. Above all else, the staff is wonderful. All of them. I will be coming back.

The front desk staff were excellent, especially Brian and Vee. The bellmen are also very welcoming and helpful with navigating your way around town. I will be staying here again, and would highly recommend the Fig.

Overall the hotel was good but i did have an issue with the waitress at Cafe Fig not being attentive but was attentive to those around me. I felt unseen for the most part despite the people next to me being serviced with a smile. She didn’t deserve a tip and usually i give extra. But he service i had at the Italian restaurant was great. The Cafe was terrible .

The hotel has a very stylish design. I loved the room, and it was very clean.

The “fig” in its glory days used to be a legendary hotel for attendees near the convention center. Mainly for their poolside bar and room parties. It is now a cool boutique hotel located near the convention center and crypto sport center in downtown LA. It is a cool hotel. My only complaint is that they didn’t invest in noise cancelling windows. But the rooms are clean, comfortable and well air conditioned.

Rooms were nice! Very clean and modern! Some weird sounds in the walls but probably old pipes. Overall it was amazing!

Loved this property! Wonderful boutique hotel just a few blocks away from the Crypto Arena. Room looked exactly as pictured on the website. Friendly staff. I’ll definitely stay here again!
