Hotel Figueroa, Unbound Collection by Hyatt

It was a nice day it was pretty clean and quiet I just wish they would leave the swimming pool open a little longer and the rooms can't get a little stuffy even with the AC on outside window could have used some cleaning I was trying to make a video to advertise where I stay but there was too many water spots on the window and dirty

Nicole at check in was awesome as usual.

I was super impressed with the level of customer service from all of the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the bellhops. Even the food and service at Cafe Fig was great! And for me, customer service is important. Whenever I return to LA I'll stay here.

So charming and my favorite part was the little gym. I had a great workout and then walked out onto the patio overlooking the pool and was surrounded by the LA life. The restaurant was also incredible! A little pricey but I recommend the burger to be satisfied and full.

Clean room, friendly staff & great location

Room was extreme nice and tidy..also had a/c turned on upon arrival making it the perfect temperature..cafes n restaurants were a pleasure to dine ate..staff excellence across all posts. Only knock would be that they didn’t have a gift shop for simple things like candy or toothpaste but other than that an amazing traveling experience!! Would revisit in the future!!

Vintage look and feel loved my suite the pool was awesome the concierge weee so kind and took everything to my room it was a perfect weekend before hip replacement surgery you all made me feel so special I can’t wait to return Everything especially the staff very sweet very attentive to my needs and wants because I wanted everything the food was delicious the room was beautiful and spacious

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel it was so close to the crypto which is why we were in town. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room is a kind of tiny but to be expected in downtown. Overall a good stay.

I was a jerk and that's why the staff at this hotel is awesome. I was "that guy!" Father's Day didn't go how I wanted and I arrived at this front desk an angry jerk mid-tantrum looking to vent and pretend I'm important. I was that bad. And, the service was so good, so forgiving, I went back to the desk later to apologize it's true. The service here is tha t amazing...even when we're not.

Love the vibe of this hotel. Would love to comeback again for staycation

Friendly staff

Room was tidy, simple and chic. The pool was to die for, lovely afternoon in the sun. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in downtown LA.

Wonderful stay at The Hotel Figueroa. Will go there again. The staff as usual were very cordial and helpful.

Room was too small. The bathroom was a step away from the bed, (a little uncomfortable if you need to go when you’re not by myself) other than that, everything was good. Staff was very nice and helpful

All good, especially the desk staff, but one non-functioning outlet of the only two bedside, and having to spend three minutes just trying to figure out how to turn the lights on was inconvenient—needed to cross the room to turn on the lamps, no light switch by the door—was a pain.
