The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles

My son and I stayed here for a tournament that was held at the convention center, and it was the most comedian location, easy access to everything and walking distance. Plus the room was fantastic with City views enough space for all of his Volleyball things as well as both of us to live in for five days. They provide everything even a toothbrush in case you forget it and of course always deliver a Ritz experience. Cleaning staff was amazing and hotel was VERY quiet which is a must for me.

The staff at reception were fantastic. Irene & Patricia at concierge were phenomenal. Our stay was very comfortable & we felt really well looked after. I wish the quality of buffet breakfast was better. The orange juice did not taste good. A lot of the times buffet food just didn’t seem to be of good standard.

Spa is fantastic. Even just a day pass to enjoy the amenities is totally worth it. Stunning interior. Hotel is beautiful. Great service. Would definitely stay there again. Planning a mother daughter weekend there!

Great staff & food everything inside the Ritz-Carlton was great. Outside the hotel alot of crazy drug addicts roaming the area not safe & we had a view of 3 large buildings with graffiti all over building. Great spa btw excellent staff

The hotel is very nice and the employees are very friendly. This is my 2nd times stay in this hotel.

The property was a bit less than expected, it feels a little dated, the lobby is very small, not many dining options - need to go to Marriott next door… for such an expensive room, it was below my expectation. The service was good mostly, except for 1 lady, Christine at the front desk, she was just plain rude the few times I’ve had to talk to her. The room was fine, nothing special, just a standard room. The great thing about it is that it’s close to Crypto arena, less than 10 min to USC, lots of restaurants near by in LA LIVE, nice movie theater across the street… so overall I’d stay here again.
