The customer service at this Hotel was the best I have ever experience in my life. The facility was so clean, They even went extra miles by giving us free $50 coupon to buy anything from the gift shop. If you are looking for a Hotel to stay, JW is the answer. I am coming back to LA, I will definitely stay there again with my family. Thank you JW for making my stay so comfortable. One more thing, I requested for a microwave because there was none in the room, it was delivered instantly. Wow

The bathroom, carpet and coach bed wasn't clean. Seems like the coach been had sone bugs in it. I requested and brought this to the staff attention, but didn't hear from anyone at the hotel for a room change.

Room was mostly clean other than the bathroom had some grime and hair all around it. Once checked in the staff was nice but they were not very helpful with our questions about the stay as it is different pricing than online. No free breakfast had to pay lots for room service and the food was about how you’d expect from a normal hotel not for this price

The staff was pleasant and attentive no matter where we were in the hotel. The rooms were comfy and spacious. Great food and loved the pool atmosphere. Looking forward to booking again.

Also would have liked to know that the parking self lot was a block away, off site, and not at all convenient.
