Reviews
-
Great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to crypto.com arena, shopping mall and several restaurants.
-
Everything was great, particularly the person at the bar at the pool. Only poor thing was the valet parking pick up, it was terribly slow.
-
Great stay, excellent service from valet, front desk, bell hop and room service. Location is prime if your visiting nearby attractions.....which are many. Little tricky finding valet entrance with one way streets.... could use map on Website. Definitely will stay at this hotel again.
-
Beautiful hotel. Has excellent food at the restaurant—way above average and delicious. Perfectly located, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

It was a great experience for the overnight stay. Staff was courteous and answered all my questions. Room was clean (although I had to turn off the AC - too chilly). Having the option of a coffee shop and sit down breakfast was perfect!

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly.
-
The hotel was fine, but their communication is non existent and I am still waiting for them to return the $300 deposit. That they still owe me money
-
Everything was excellent, when it comes to service, facilities, location, etc. This was expensive, and the place was crowded because of the awards show.

Great hotel, centrally located. Same building just different floors as the Ritz Carlton.
