This is my go to relaxation spot. I feel like I am in another dimension. Epic views, strong drinks, 24 hour gym, amazing jacuzzi.

It has a great view, but it is the worst InterContinental I have ever stayed at. A dirty, old, and slow restaurant; no buffet. It took over an hour to get my breakfast—every one of the five days.

The top floor I pay all that money and have to pay for breakfast also. Every thing is expensive there

Horrible Ridiculous to have to use two elevators And not able to leave your room and go to the ground floor. You’d think this would be a fire hazard

The only downside we experience was not the hotel but the location (downtown LA). The downtown area stinks of urine, puke and more than one occasion, we were accosted by (unfortunately) people high on drugs. The city was doing absolutely nothing to help these unfortunate people and it was really sad to be surrounded by it.

Only problem for us was an important one. I asked “instant service” 2 days in a row if housekeeping would change our bed linens when they serviced our room. Both days they ignored that request and just made our bed.

A hotel with a wonderful view in downtown Los Angeles. We were a bit apprehensive about the elevator on the 70th floor, but aside from a slight complication with the exits, it really wasn't an issue. The room was excellent, the service was efficient and attentive, Excellent breakfast, really one of the best hotels I have been to. The restaurant was bit expensive but the food is good

Dont bring a 16" laptop and expect to fit it into the safe... Dont arrive early (weekdays) and expect to find a place to have lunch or a drink on property before 4pm, and dont be hungry after 10pm. The elevator runaround is real... Some staff were very nice, while others not so much... Although the hotel is lovely, with a sensational view (on a clear day), the overall impression is it's a glorified Holiday Inn. IHG really needs to up their hospitality game and stop letting accountants dictate the customer experience.

I decide to stayed at this hotel. Because it was close to the crypto arena. I attend to see a ufc fight that night. And it was amazing to find out most of the fighters was at the same hotel. I met many of them at the lobby bar. It was so nice and the hotel is so nice with a beautiful city view suit. And restaurants also
