Beautiful hotel and view. Everything had me in awe but what stood out was the staff! The hospitality is next level, everyone goes above and beyond to make the experience amazing.

Loved the views. Great experience overall.

First the whole elevator situation was strange. The room I booked said City view it was the back of a building and a peak of the highway. Bed not comfortable. Elevator heard all night all night. The shower pressure poor as well as even on hottest setting was barley warm. Stayed at hotels way less and had a better stay . Will not return.

Everything was perfect , only thing I didnt like they charge us for the charger 35$ that we never use maybe just touch by mistake but never take and use it , we told about that but we didnt receive a refund , other everything was amazing we enjoyed our day and would like to come again!!

Great stay amazing service

During my stay, a manager approached me in the bar over my foot resting on a small, low drink stand. A security employee later told me the manager had walked past a non-Black patron whose feet were on a larger table before confronting me. Other patrons also expressed that they believed the manager’s conduct was wrong. I felt singled out, humiliated, and unwelcome, so I checked out early and reported the incident to the hotel.

Loved everything about the stay, the views, the service and staff, the location, and the room. The only thing I would nit pick would be the water pressure for the shower in our room. I usually dont find beds to be very comfortable in most hotels but this was great. The views from the bars and restaurant are amazing. The food delivered to our room was fantastic as well. Took me by surprise. When I come back to LA I will look to return here.

Very clean and great hotel! Love it and highly recommended

The pool gets really crowded not enough beds and shade. Another one is we had a reservation at the restaurant La Boucherie at 7pm, we didn’t get a table til 8pm 1 hr after and we have a reservation. They offered us a private dining at the back, yes it’s a beautiful spot but the host said we have to spend $500 pp. you would think after waiting for 1 hr for a table, they would accommodate us for something. But Everything else is excellent. Staff exceed expectation.

The pool situation was a mess! theres not enough places to sit. The situation on the food being delivered on time

When we first arrived there was a long check in line. We have stayed here several times so we were quick and easy. Our double bed city view wasn’t ready upon arrival so we got a free upgrade to a king bed suite and brought in a bed for us. Only thing is they need more available chairs/tables in pool area.

WARNING: the restaurants at the hotel automatically tack on a FULL 18% gratuity. Since I was there on business, it is not good form for me to closely examine the bill in front of our client as it gives the appearance of over scrutiny when entertaining a VIP. Thus, I took a quick glance, saw the 9.75% under the word gratuity (that was actually the tax). So out of courtesy, I added on another 10%. In the end, gave multiple times a 28% tip (!) Fool me once shame on me 😢

I loooooove this hotel.. the views are immaculate..we stayed in a wonderful room that had club access. If you stay here, the club access is a MUST. I had a fantastic experience here!! It is well worth the price!!

Let’s just say we won’t be back here. They failed us on so many levels. It’s a high scale hotel bit they truly did disappoint. Definitely NOT worth the money and hassle. Went for my husbands birthday. They were supposed to do something for his birthday in the room. I asked/reminded them before the trip and at check in they said they will do it later tonight. Come 10pm…NOTHING! I called and they “forgot” then the manager had to come up to him personally deliver. Next day called for towels so we could shower before checking out waited an hour and several text messages asking where they were until we got tired of asking and then finally my husband went to find our own towels from a cleaning cart on the floor. On top of all this the hotel is not easy to get around. Different elevators to get to different levels. For example had to take 4 DIFFERENT elevators to get out of building! They won’t get anymore of my money.
