The staff and room are very helpful, but they don't go above and beyond like other hotels. Still, they answer phones quickly, help with any questions and are approachable.

Everything was top tier. The only issue you may have is the long wait at La Boucherie to eat breakfast, then 15-20 minute wiat before my waiter came over to address us.

I dont like that my room selection always changes when I arrive. I take my time picking the room type I want so it feels like a waste of time.

Clean with many amenities and comfortable

Immaculate rooms and facilities. Visibly present security throughout the entire hotel. Very secure system to keep guest rooms separate from people coming in and out of the hotel for other reasons. Beautiful pool and fire pit area. Huge gym, very clean. Friendly staff, very helpful. While the neighborhood is not great on foot, there are many great restaurants within walking distance that cater to gluten free and organic diets! Use food delivery services ( door dash or whatever) if you are unsure of walking through the neighborhood. While the tub was awesome, the shower had poor pressure. I wish it had a small refrigerator for my own snacks, instead of a stocked minibar. The neighborhood directly outside the hotel is undesirable. Constant sirens and police activity day and night. So many severely mentally ill unhoused people as well as drugs everywhere. The streets reek of urine. I'm from nyc , so while it's off-putting, I didn't feel unsafe. I could see that as a problem for people without big city experience. Having said that, the hotel does an excellent job of providing a safe, relaxing environment that's like an oasis in the midst of the bustle of the city. If you come by car, you can bypass all of the craziness and not be affected by it at all. There is absolutely no vagrancy anywhere on the grounds.

Mini bar is electronic sensor and no refrigerator spare room . Breakfast overpriced. Lobby on 70th floor. multiple elevators to get to room
