However, I was disappointed with the lighting and air conditioning. The lighting in the room was very dim, and the bathroom lights were motion-activated but kept turning off because the sensor wasn’t detecting movement properly. Additionally, the room was uncomfortably warm, even with the air conditioning running. Unfortunately, it never seemed to cool down to a comfortable temperature. Overall, I enjoyed the room’s appearance and spaciousness, but the lighting and air conditioning issues took away from the overall experience.

I was given a credit to use during my stay. The rooftop bar and restaurant were incredible. I highly recommend staying at this great hotel and enjoying the rooftop bar and grill.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU NEED A CRIB. I booked this hotel as they claimed to provide cribs on Expedia. I called the hotel after booking to request that a crib be added to our room, and they assured me that a Graco Pack n Play would be set up for us before we arrived. Our flight arrived late, and when we finally got into our room at 1:30am, there was no crib to be found! A poor security guard dug up THREE different cribs from storage and ALL of them were broken. We ended up sleeping our baby on a crib mattress on the floor. Terrible experience.

Room was too small, not a chair to sit and relax, only à high stool ( have a bad knee ), only 3 hangers to keep ur outfits on à wood wall that wasn’t very steady. No coffee in your room, no complimentary either in the main lobby you gotta pay for it. Bed was confortable. Lobby had fresh water, I had to ask for cups at least 5 times, they would give me one but not put extras ..

ALL STAFF WAS AWESOME, I JUST DIDN'T LIKE THE HOMELESS OUTSIDE THE HOTEL, SINCE IT WAS ME AND MY DAUGHTER THE TWO HOMELESS MEN OUT BY THE PARKING GARAGE NEXT DOOR

Clean and comfortable room, quiet and great A/C. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the coffee was just perfect. Location was unbeatable walking distance to Cripto.com and Peacock Theater. Parking as informed $30- overnight next door.

I loved it. Super cute hotel. The staff were friendly. The rooftop restaurant was perfect for not having to look for food after a long day. The room was clean and I loved the decor. Definitely recommend if you have an event at the crypto arena or convention center as it was just an 8-10 minute walk. Lots of local activities as well.
