Wonderful service
-
Bright clean facilities. Good gym equipment. A nice layout for breakfast room and bar. The rooms are a good size and standard. Small portions relative to cost, slow service. Coffee doesnt arrive in the lobby until 6.30am. There is booming music from the adjacent property from the afternoon until 10pm or 11pm. The gym needs mroe regular servicing at peak hours

Great hotel, restaurant, and staff. The mattress is a touch too soft for us, but we're used to firm one at home. Location is great too.

Concierge service for things left in my room were not there yet. But they were great when they arrived, chocolate covered strawberries. But if I'm paying a premium, I expect a premium service. They fell a little short

Be aware the parking is 70.00 dls for 1 day stay = 24 hours If book through Expedia and pay $130.00 for breakfast they only give a credit of $80.00 dlls, the front desk lady told me o don’t know how much you paid! But we only give a credit of 80.00 You money don’t have value Please found a place that that give what you deserve for your money$$$

We love the Conrad, going there at the end of the summer. The amenities are great, although there's much to be desired when it comes to the service by the pool.
