Self check in really not much staff and rooms are extremely small

The staff were very helpful. and the breakfast was good, but not like a variety of food wasn’t enough. The cleaning was good. that time was very good and they were so kind to people.

This hotel was not for us, we booked a king premium but really it was a micro suite, dorm room kinda feel. No parking on site, which might be ok for some but we had a rental and did not feel safe. We walking in, saw the room and left. Some might be ok with it, we were not. It’s like a self service kind of hotel, checked in ourselves and made our own key cards with a staff nearby if we had questions. If you prefer the full service hotel experience, this isn’t it.

We had a great one night stay here. The room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the convenient light and temperature control. The staff here was great and super friendly. Will return next time I’m in DTLA.

I enjoyed dinner at the hotel bar and the Grand Central Market is just a block or so away, so many great choices there. The breakfast buffet is also very good. The location does give you pause about walking in the area at night, but if you take an Uber/Lyft no issues were encountered. Overall a really great stay.

It was an amazing stay the check in was easy and when my flight got canceled and rebooked the staff swiftly took care of it extending the stay I’ll definitely be rebooking

Everything was great

Everything is very comfortable and the hotel is a very stress-free environment.

Very small room, better for one person, but the space is used efficiently. Appreciated the mini drawer style fridge. The shower was/toilet was tight and reminded me of a cruise ship. Overall not a bad place to stay. But there was this terrible smell coming through the air vent in the middle of the night that smelled like a sewer. It was gone by the morning but made the whole experience worse.

I liked everything, the bar has good snacks and drinks, excellent people and everything is very clean

From my clean room , to the terrific staff , & the bartenders at the bar , my stay at the CitizenM was nothing short of amazing ! I will be staying here again :) ! Side note : this is a perfect stay for anyone solo traveling!
