The staff was friendly, the rooms were nice. We stayed for a concert and the hotel provided transportation at no cost. We felt like princesses!
-
The location of this hotel was ideal to DTLA and the BMO Stadium. The room was clean, and the check-in staff were VERY friendly. What I didn’t like was: the restroom in our room was TINY, and the parking structure for the hotel is horrible. Parking there is absolutely stressful as the ceilings are so low for larger trucks and the parking spaces very narrow. We were there for just 1 night, but I couldn’t see myself staying there again longer than that.

very kind staff and helpful, good location, very clean, good valet guys

Staff was extremely accommodating. The bar was not open yet on Saturday afternoon, but still able to find us drinks. Staff was very solution oriented. Restaurant menu limited, but food was good. Cafe not open enough. Amenities were nice with the water each day, refrigerator in room. Clean and attentive housekeeping.

The hotel was excellent, clean and well maintained staff was helpful and attentive except for the front desk assistant that checked us in not very helpful rashes us in and didn’t provide us with any information about the hotel even though we informed him it was our first time staying at this property!
-
I stayed there once back in 2024 for an ateez concert and we loved it so much we came back in 2026 for the bts concert… we couldn’t choose anything else. It’s safe, comfortable, clean, and the staff are exceptional!! They truly will make your stay worthwhile.

The staff were very hospitable and very helpful! It was very safe. It had an outdoor little shopping area with a very good breakfast to go options. It had some weird little windows in the rooms.
-
Amazing staff. Good location. Excellent price. Enjoy the bar/restaurant. Bathrooms could use a bit of updating. Showers are snug.
-
Paper was a bit rundown, the room need to be updated. We slept amazingly. It just needs a pick me up, but all in all it’s a great place.

Excellent location! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Since I was leaving very early the next morning, they gave me an early check in. They have a 3 mile shuttle. Everything was great! Very clean! Great bedding. Plenty of towels. Spacious room. Nice view. One little thing that was disappointing was the shower water pressure. But that might be because of CA water problems.
