Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza

Cannot say enough good things about this place…. It’s been our go too for our stays!!! Everything in that area is so beautiful! The hotel smells wonderful!!!!

Great place to stay,everyone was extremely helpful

Staff - 10star… most specially the valet boys, we really appreciate all of them, they are really helpful and friendly… The rooms are always clean and the the staff are all helpful… The amenities like gym, pool and the area where we can play with table tennis and chess are very nice, my boys loved them.

The rooms are great and the staff is super attentive. Probably my go to stay anytime I visit LA now.

I stayed at the Omni 3 separate times within a couple of weeks to provide support for my child studying at the Colburn School of Music. Each time I stayed, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help with things that I needed. At a time when customer service seems to be struggling, I felt that the front desk staff were amazingly helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It is also very close to the Disney music hall and it has a nice mix of restaurants close by. You can walk to a number of places to get fast food, or you can also walk to a couple of very nice restaurants. It was a very comfortable stay. Thank you Omni Los Angeles!

Super helpful and friendly staff! We enjoyed our stay and the car service was a huge plus!!

Everyone was overall helpful and very kind. There was one desk associate who a little standoffish when we asked for something. Even though we previously called to verify if our request could be accommodated and the original associate was more than happy to assist. Maybe there was just a team communication mix up. Also, there was an unexpected $163 fee for reasons I’m still unsure about. I paid through Expedia, so paying more at the end defeats the purpose of using them to save money. But all in all, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. The location was very convenient and I loved the included pick up and drop off options for places that were close. They always opened doors for us as well. I’d recommend this place to others.

We took advantage of the Museum tickets for the Broad and the hotel town car was also great for close by destinations on a busy soccer weekend. Hotel staff was very nice and we had a comfortable and quiet room.

I had an amazing stay. Room service was quick and tasty, staff were pleasant and extremely helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect for us. Close to Crypto, Pershing Station (quick subway ride to Hollywood), and Grand Central Market. We traveled with our children and really enjoyed the hotel. There is a steep incline/walk if you choose to walk to Pershing Station or Grand Central Market but certainly doable.

Valet is pricey but worth it; they're on the ball and have your car ready in minutes. The breakfast buffet is simple continental but well-maintained — fresh fruit and ingredients are clearly a priority. Rooms are clean, the on-site restaurant is solid, and the little extras they offer are a nice touch that elevates the stay. Would definitely return.

There is no hot tub though Expedia shows that there is. The pool is smaller than you imagine through the pictures. Best part is the complimentary car to drive you around DTLA.

The rooms are so clean and quiet that you can relax without any trouble. The area where it's located is also very quiet and safe. Parking is very expensive, but the valet service is efficient.
