We stayed here for the World Cup and it was fantastic. Great location, BEAUTIFUL property and staff was beyond accommodating. Highly recommend

Unfortunately the pool was closed for 2 days for repairs which was upsetting, but everything else was lovely.

Tim the bartender is awesome . He is so friendly and spot on . You never have to wait for another drink . He makes that bar fun. He is a great asset to the Westin Bonaventure.

Alfredo was the best, most polite server we have ever experienced. I do not remember the lady who assisted with our check in (Shakira?) but she was most helpful and gave me a little treat for my birthday. We wanted to try the amenities like the day spa but we had so many places we wanted to see in L.A. that we are going to have to plan a return trip. Oh, i almost forgot to mention that supper upstairs was a real treat. Thanks for being there for us! We really enjoyed our time with you. The key cards weren’t keyed for our late check out so we had to wait a long time for security to take us up to our room. But your security was a pleasure to speak with and we appreciated him as well.

I was disappointed to find out the pool was off limits for the day because of a wedding. I reserved this hotel because I wanted to hangout in the pool. Check-in time is 3pm and I was checked in until 4pm. Restaurants were closed on 3 rd floor,steakhouse and bar were open. Not much to do in this hotel.

Lastly, I found the concierge team and housekeeping all to be very accommodating. For parking, I used spothero, easy and cheap! It took a while to get our bags that we had set aside after we had checked out but that is because they were busy and probably short staffed. Not the staff's fault, maybe the hotel just needs to hire more people.

Our room was cleaned and the bed was made daily without our having to request it.

This is a great hotel right in the middle of downtown and close to everything. Building, elevator and rooms look a bit dated. There are convenience stores and restaurants withing the hotel but u can just walk around downtown for amazing food. I would recommend this if your plan is to spend a weekend in LA Downtown.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. We could walk to lots of places we needed amd the area felt safe. Would have been nice to be on a higher floor with a better view
