Cleanliness My ladies purse was stolen from lobby

It was just too many extra things to pay for, like parking for minimum VIP parking at 62.50 a night, plus resort fees each night. There was a wedding with a DJ that happened to be next to our room, so it was hard to sleep for an early flight the next day,

After a long and tiresome flight, I had one humble request at check-in: a quiet room so I could get some sleep. The front desk must have misheard "quiet room" as "put me in the absolute epicenter of human noise," because I was assigned a room directly next to the elevators on a floor that was apparently hosting the World Championships of Screaming Children. The fun didn't stop in the room. At some point in the middle of the night, the soap dispenser detached itself from the wall and plummeted to the tub floor—scaring me out of a deep sleep. Nothing quite wakes you up after a long flight like a plastic bath fixture attempting a surprise jump-attack. And the bar… ugh! It doesn't open until 2:30 PM. When you're on vacation and operating on zero sleep, staring at a closed bar at noon feels like a personal attack. If you love brutalist nostalgia, surprise bathroom jump-scares, and the soothing sounds of screaming toddlers right outside your door, you’ll feel right at home here. Me? I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next visit.

I regularly stay here when I am in la. It is usually a great experience. One of the staff members is extremely rude and provides different information when it comes to late checkout, I wish I had got her name but she was extremely unprofessional when we were attempting to just get clarity since we had been told 3 different things.

Staff not overly helpful or friendly. Everything was very expensive which is ok if you are getting great service but we didn't.

Was nice. But for sure a business type hotel. Not for couples/ families.

The hotel is in a good location, and the staff are helpful and responsive in resolving issues. However, the building feels dated and would benefit from renovation. The room was small, and the bathroom fixtures were old-fashioned. Updating the rooms and bathrooms would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

The only drawback was a shift manager who basically thorned me when I wanted to ask a simple question. His rudeness was a turn off but the hotel itself was credible and I would considered a good value.

Location Valet parking is not really valet. You have to drive into the garage, then drag all your suitcases up an escalator or elevator and reverse the process when you leave the hotel. I would prefer to pull up to the front door. Have someone help me with my luggage and they can take my car to the garage. For more than $60/day plus tips that seems fair fair
