Nothing restaurant staff lied and cheated and on site manager refused to correct the bill....I tipped them generously and then I got ripped off.....disgusting behavior Restaurant staff lied and cheated

Nothing because I was cheated at checkbout I ate at the restaurant 1x about $25 which includes the so called credit they give you. Staff did NOT give me a receipt and when I checked out I was triple charged....Manager on staff refused to correct error. The restaurant staff lied and cheated..I tipped the server generously and this was disgusting behavior

Nice but old hotel Very old rooms, noise from the outside ventilator was unacceptable and AC inside was also noisy

Gorgeous hotel a bit run down. Rooms need upgrading. Terrible breakfast.

Bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival, it was taken care of immediately after calling the front desk.

Room‘s bathroom needs updating. Hotel feels a little old, but still classic love the bar.

A/C barely worked in the room. Would be 80+ in the day and still high 70s at night despite being set to 65.

Me and my daughter have been coming here for years since she was in fact too. We were there visiting to pick up her quinceanera dress and I love how the property is back in action with music, cocktails events, and I love its location. It is centrally located to lots of areas. The only thing I would say about the property is the parking it is very expensive to park. It is $50 a night however I know it’s been this price for a long time. I wish it would be part of your booking. If you chose it on check out it used to be where you can add it and it was for a less charge.

Biltmore is a classic elegant Los Angeles hotel. I live in LA , but I stay at the Biltmore whenever I am going to a downtown event.

The Biltmore is a beautiful old hotel in downtown Los Angeles. It’s well kept up and the staff is wonderful. My only complaint this Trip is that there were no towels in my room and I did not receive the complementary waters once I asked for these items they were brought to me immediately.

2-star service for a 5-star price. A terrible experience and would not recommend spending the night here for a celebration because it may ruin your day. It was my birthday and I splurged a bit on what I thought would be an amazing experience, but after 3 separate instances of either not being asked if I needed help or the bell service not showing up, the doorman had the nerve to rush me, saying I had 10 mins to get my luggage to the car. If they’d have shown up and helped, I wouldn’t have needed to leave my car at the front lobby in the first place!

We love staying here! The only thing was that we called for bell service twice within an hour and they never came. Housekeeping even called down. We had to bring all our luggage down ourselves and saw the bell staff just standing there. We complained and they said they were busy.

Proximity to the business event venue. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, especially considering the final cost. I specifically chose a Downtown Los Angeles hotel because I was in town for a business beauty forum taking place nearby. Location was the reason for my choice. I was not looking for a luxury vacation hotel or trying to stay in Beverly Hills — I simply needed to be close to the venue for my business trip. That made the final cost of nearly $1,000 for two nights even harder to justify. We had one room for two people, two beds, two parking spaces for two nights, and breakfast for two people on both mornings. That was it. Yet the total came close to $1,000. For that amount, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, comfort, service, and basic hospitality. The room itself was extremely dated and had a very unpleasant smell. It did not feel fresh, clean, or remotely worth the price being charged. At some point while I was out, the “Do Not Disturb” sign also disappeared from my door, which I found very strange. Even worse, during my stay I woke up with multiple bites on my body and developed a strong skin reaction afterward. I cannot say for certain what caused the bites, but something in that room clearly caused a reaction, and that alone was extremely disturbing. The service at the entrance and luggage area was probably the most shocking part of the entire experience. I arrived before check-in because of my business schedule and was told that no rooms were available yet. That part was completely understandable. I said I would leave my belongings with the hotel and return later. I was traveling with expensive evening dresses in garment bags for my business event. When the porter came over, he started roughly pushing and tossing the garment bags around. When I asked him what he was doing and explained that the items were valuable, his response was essentially that just because I was leaving my belongings there did not mean they were valuable.

Very lovely stay

There was an issue with the room, and the manager took care of it right away. The staff is very helpful and kind. We have stayed here many times and will confuse to choose the BILTMORE.
