Most hospitable and amicable staff I’ve ever experienced! The rooms were a little outdated, but clean and spacious! The bed was comfortable and room service was fast and through. The amenities are amazing! Full gym, pool, basketball court, locker rooms w sauna, steam room, hot tub, and cold plunge. Overall amazing stay, easy to find and access and in the heart of DTLA. Would stay again!

The staff were very nice and it was very clean. I felt like the priority with the business is to present an upper scale establishment, but are actually very petty about what is offered. They had water bottles in room for $3, a nice canvas bag for approximately $85. The bathroom was very small. Too small to put all my toiletries. There was no microwave. So when my one cup of coffee provided in the room cooled I couldn't rewarm it. I also had some excellent bibimbap that I couldn't rewarm. I was in the most relaxed dining option when my granddaughter called. My earbuds were dead so I had to speak in a normal manner. A gentleman came over immediately and informed me phone ussge was not allowed. There wasn't anyone within 20' of me. Ive included photo of dining area at the time. Appearance is spectacular, but in actuality it felt very meh.

We loved this hotel and will definitely stay there again. The drain plug in our bathroom sink was stuck, but it was doable. Everything else about the hotel was wonderful!

The athletic facilities are amazing, location is central and close to key downtown areas The halls, rooms are dated, a bit of facelift would not hurt

Hotel and gym were immaculate, later than usual checkout (noon) made it really easy for us to depart after an event. Locker rooms were well appointed and thoughtfully designed. Club areas maintained the charm of old LA without appearing worn or dated, and the lounge upstairs was very reasonable for LA pricing. As a hotel guest who was clearly not dressed to workout at the gym, I got stopped often to show a hotel key card as I was moving about the building. The staff, while kind, created an atmosphere of unwelcomeness, as thought we did not belong in that space. An easy remedy to this would simply be to have card access entry points (like access to the elevators) so that we weren't constantly stopped by staff.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant was a delight and the food was excellent.

I am happy to report that the staff were kind and very welcoming. And I did report all my concerns to management which I hope have acted on my concerns.

This is an abuse and is misleading and deceptive for customers.

and ice baths aswell as a random basketball court (didn't use). The reputation of the leisure facilities is second to none and the hotel is very traditional in its dark decor with a lot of reflection to its past. The room was very spacious with dated bathroom facilities but still adequate. The area isn't the greatest but that could be said of much of downtown LA but we'd stay here again and travelled as a family of 4 (kids aged 12 & 14). Highly recommend.

Very clean rooms. The facility amenities, were great. You could spend the entire day relaxing without having to leave the facility.
