There is no parking, it is the worst part of town and you have to pay some guy to park and hope that there is stop when you come back. I would not walk from the parking to the hotel alone at night.

This is a great place to stay. It was nice to have security at the front of the hotel watching out for us. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff was fun to chat with over the four days of our stay. This hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very spacious and clean! We had a room with a queen bed and also a queen bed in the living area as a bonus we had a office space that we could use to work or just put our clothes away. The biggest drawback at this location is the parking, THERE IS NONE at the property itself but if you are not driving into the DTLA and are using uber it is in a good central location next to a market and plenty places to eat, drink or just hangout. Another plus is that there is onsite 24hour security.

The hotel is in a very central location. However, there are many homeless people in the city, and the streets smell bad. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I experienced internet issues on my floor, and they were unable to resolve them; however, I was able to use the lounge for free instead. The rooms are quite clean and do not have carpeting.

I was blown away by how big the room was! Finding the entrance was a bit tricky but once you find it it's easy to navigate down to the elevators. I loved that they kept the old art deco in that area. The room was clean and even came with pots and pans! (We got the king size room so idk if the others rooms have that also). We were so jet lagged we didn't really get to enjoy anything and I'm sad I didn't have time to eat at the patio they had but I'll be booking here again on our next trip

Nice rooms! Amenities were good.

Room, kitchen and bathroom were very clean and neat. Very spacious. Staff was really nice and helpful during check-in and check-out. There is no parking with the hotel but there is a parking lot where we parked our car overnight and it is right around the corner. Only issue we had, not sure if it was just our room but, we couldn’t get warm water in the tub or shower. Asides from that everything was great.
