Staff greeted us kindly and helped us, did not expect the place to be so pristine and well maintained and spacious. Was genuinely surprised with the amenities that the place had to offer like the lounge on the 5th floor and the meditation room. Will definitely book here again when we visit LA again.

Old apartment building converted into hotel rooms. Bathroom and kitchen very modern w new appliances. Big space in the outer rooms. 1 Bedroom was small but fine for a night or 2. Located in the Diamond/Garment District, not the best neighborhood, but easy access to Chinatown, Union Station, downtown attractions.

The place is spacious and clean, and it has everything you need to enjoy your time there. It’s also close to everything, so you don’t really need a car. The staff is very helpful and nice as well. Overall, it’s a great place to stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our short stay although it was for any 1 day we felt very comfortable the guard and staff are very welcoming the hotel is very clean and convenient, we loved our room. The hotel is located to everything. Only issue is parking, but there is parking in the back from a third party company they charge $30 to leave the car 24 hrs. Other than that, highly recommended. We will definitely be going back!

Room was way bigger than expected! The kitchen was such a bonus with a full sized fridge. Great view of the area through my window. Staff was super friendly and helpful! First time staying here and will be staying here from now on when I visit LA!

No real amenities of which to speak. No insulation in the rooms-- could feel the temps from outside and no real buffer from city noise. Power kept fluctuating in the outlets along the wall behind the main bed, making my husband's CPAP machine potentially dangerous.

Room is super spacious and perfect for travel and needing to work remote. Small kitchen had full accessories. Only issue was there was a weird mildew smell in the hall but was not a major factor for my stay.

The suite was awesome. 2 rooms 2 complete restrooms. Clean and spacious

Room was clean. The staff was very helpful, but it’s not in a great part of town having a exposed brick room you’re gonna be hearing a lot of noises outside. That’s my only downfall.

Great staff, amazing room, spacious, clean, good amenities. Walking distance to a few nice places, depends what side you walk towards. Overall amazing stay especially for an 8 night stay, apart from the noises every night. Very very noisy location, if you are a light sleeper you will probably not be able to sleep most of the nights especially weekends where there is music blasting until like 1am. At night you will at least here about 10-15 police/firetruck/ambulance sirens (I wish I was joking).

i called to ask where to park...was put on hold for 18 minutes...i hung up, called back and was told "get over it"--after which she hung up on me. I called back and she kept diconnecting the phone. Also gave me a fake name--the manager discovered who it was. WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED AT A HOTEL--ALL BECAUSE OF A FRONT DESK PERSON WHO "CLAIMED " TO BE NICOLE! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Staff front desk communicated well on the phone and in person, unit entrance door was strong/safe-lock, inside room has lots amenities. The clothes iron was dirty/pumped out left-over dirt on my clothing while I was ironing, didn’t have microwave, bath slipper, and no in-house parking have to pay for outside parking lot no validation.

The best part was the staff. They made me feel like I was a VIP. Every time I pulled up in the uber it was like I had private body guards opening the door for me. Demeuw even greeted me by name every time I passed him while opening the door. I was blown away by this princess treatment. Everyone had advice to offer about where to go and wanted to help. The reception staff felt like family. Another security guard kept me safe when I went to get Tacos. I hope you realize your staff is incredible and made me love this place. They made me feel so safe wrapped in my protected fortress. If your from LA looking for a place to pamper yourself, go here. If your not from LA what you need to know is you can't walk around at night. I wouldn't even rent a car. During the day I was able to catch the bus all over LA, from Hollywood to SOFI. Not at night. You need to uber to the door. Luckly there is Demew
