Absolutely loved our room! Layed out like an apartment.

I love the property and the staff I just didn’t like it because I was spending all that money and the air conditioning was out No air and no accommodation

Your in l.a expect bums n gross people out side anything you do in l.a even by ritzy hotels. L.a is not kept up. The metro next to us and resturants was a great bonus. We had no problems with the hotel. I felt it was like a second home. Security was outside watching each day and night. I would stay here agian.

Sadly can’t say anything as the hotel cancelled our stay the day before we should’ve arrived. The communication and customer service. We booked it months in advance and they cancelled our stay the day before we should’ve arrived. We were already in US and as tourists it is really inconvenient to find an hotel at the last minute. Side note : it was an ongoing issue as after checking the last reviews they seemed to have cancelled other people stay also but week before us, if they knew it for weeks an earlier notice would have been appreciated.

Unfortunately, there was very little I liked about this experience. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The hotel’s air conditioning was not working, but they did not notify me in advance. I only found out after arriving at the property that I could not stay there. The cancellation process was also extremely inconvenient and time-consuming. I had to spend additional time contacting customer service just to resolve an issue that was caused by the property. The staff were not particularly helpful or apologetic, and their attitude made it feel as though this situation was completely normal and that the inconvenience to the guest was not a concern. A hotel should inform guests as soon as it knows that the room cannot be provided, especially for something as essential as air conditioning. Instead, I wasted a significant amount of time arriving at the hotel and then dealing with the cancellation afterward. Very disappointing experience.

The location is good, just near wholefoods and not far from the subway station The room is clean and stylish, with a view of dtla The AC was down, in July...I could not sleep well. The fan of the AC was particularly noisy. The bathtub drains too slowly.

Hotel cancelled all reservations due to A/C "not working". Should have been better communications.
