The staff was ok. The property itself was gorgeous with a full size basketball court. This property is a bit pricey. Just be aware there is an additional destination fee when booking through a 3rd party, parking is 60.00. There's park across the street for 10.00 and after 8pm on the street for free. They didnt make any accommodations for early checkin or late checkout... They claimed they were fully booked but on all sites there were availability🤔.. But overall the property itself was beautiful and relaxing.

Loved my room, except as i entered to check in this lady at the front desk had an unwelcoming look on her face, didnt say one word just stared at us. Super unprofessional & ugly.

When I first checked in the AC and water was not working for about two hours

The air conditioner was out for hours all the way until close to midnight so it was very hot .

Super nice and super clean and staff super good felt very welcomed and nice balcony view and super big kitchen

Even when it's get busy here at level they still try there best to help out, even if it's behind scheduled, they'll do there best to keep there customers happy

The suite itself is good, lots of room and a great view. There was a trash bag full of trash on the balcony, the restroom floors felt dirty, and the shower wasn’t the cleanest. The staff at check in was a bit rude as they mistakenly assumed we had more guests staying in the room, they explained we couldn’t have more than 4 people in the room, in a condescending tone, then corrected to 6 because we had booked the 3 bedroom suite.

Didn't realize I would have to put down 100$ for each day we stayed so the total was 400$. No where in the receipt or anywhere before buying does it say 100$ PER NIGHT. Couldn't put the deposit because I had already spent close to 1000 for the 4 nights. Too much money so I did my best to get funds but couldn't so that first day wasted. The following day tried to get a refund but they wouldn't even consider that either even after everything was paid for. So finally I was able to get the 400 on the third day (2 nights left) to top it all off they gave us a room that smelled like a prostituted motel 6 and smoke from cigars I had my 7yr daughter with me so in no way was I gonna accept. The second room smelled the same just lighter but handles were broken toilet was clogged and I just was done and accepted it hoping that I will get some kind of credit or refund through hotel app. 2/10 do not recommend
