Level Los Angeles Downtown - South Olive

The suites are wonderful with nice views. I stayed in a two bedroom and it was comfortable. When I got there there was lintel tape with hair on the kitchen counter. There was no coffee machine, knives and very few cutlery. The garbage disposal had to be repaired as well as the dishwasher. Also I had half of a shower curtain in one bathroom and no handsoap. Also, there were no brooms or mops to for the upkeep. I stayed 9 days. For those nine days I had no phone to call downstairs for anything. I had to go down every time I needed something. This was my second stay.

First off the ridiculous charges they add on during checkout is CRAZY ! The bed sucks , shower sucks way to many rules for the price you have to pay to stay here . The only good point of my stay was the view from the balcony . You don’t get any towels even when you constantly ask , The pressure of the water and the temperature of the water SUCKS ! Ice machine to the freezer didn’t work , Water filter to the fridge needed to be changed. The walls are extremely thin i heard my neighbors the whole day/night . Let’s talk about the bed lord jesus they sucked sounded like i was laying on plastic the box spring was extremely dirty . If your washing clothes in the washer check for mold , Our washer was extremely MOLDY ! The location is in a horrible area everything either opens late or closed early i would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN !

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We stayed in a suite, so we prepared our own breakfast. The beds were good, and the apartment had everything we needed. There is a movie theater on the lower level that you can enjoy in the evenings. The common area is also very nice and well-equipped, featuring a BBQ area, a basketball court, a large pool, and even a sauna. We enjoyed it all. All was good!

Our refrigerator had a broken drawer and the pool and gym were consistently out of towels.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. The Wifi did not work well. We were not able to stream certain channels.

I always enjoy myself at this property but the last two times, the shower gel was empty. And when I called for shower gel to be delivered, it never came.
