Nice staff, the hotel has a nice decoration and is very well located. Staff is willing to help and provide information about locations, places, etc. I was lucky to have the chance to storage my food in a launch place in the basement, but the last day that was eliminated. LA is very expensive, so having the chance to storage food is a wonderful possibility to save some money. The pool area is very nice and I had the chance to join a movement free class. I had a really nice stay in the hotel, nothing to comment about except that they do NOT reimburse the money they charge as a deposit/security fee. In the description they say that they will (tricky) but they don´t. I stayed for a business trip and extended my days for holidays, and NO fee deposit was reimbursed in BOTH credit cards (corporate and personal). I checked with both banks, tried to reach out to the hotel and nothing. I stayed during May 2026 and it is August, so... Crossing my fingers Booking or Freehand can give some explanations about it.

The rooftop was cool. I loved the atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay. Great location. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Our check in time was almost 2 hours late. The staff apologized and offered to give late check out.

The most memorable part of our stay was coming back in the afternoon to find the sink clogged with black sludge, followed by the A/C leaking onto the toilet and the carpet wet from a room flooding on the same floor. We were moved to a different room at midnight and thankfully I was refunded the early check in fee. The room we were moved to had no bathroom door, mold on the shower walls, and the one tiny ledge in the shower was loose so everything fell off immediately. In the rooms and the lobby area the lighting is so dim that even during the day it feels like a cave. The elevators were small and hot despite the rest of the hotel being cool. There are obviously many problems with the infrastructure here and I feel bad for the staff for having to deal with all this as well. Every member of the staff we interacted with was very helpful and accommodating.
