parking was not fun due to filming renting lots out by the hotel but the hotel itself was super vibrant and staff was very nice

Loved the architecture, design, and rooftop! Charged for waters in the room. You could at least provide free water.

Only complaint I have is that valet parking is $72.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the city centre, with several metro lines just a few minutes’ walk away. We arrived in the morning to leave our luggage, and were pleasantly surprised when we were offered another room on a lower floor that was already available. We really appreciated being able to check in early. The rooftop pool is beautiful – not really big enough for swimming, but perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The drinks at the bar were excellent, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. 10/10!

Absolutely amazing hotel it’s our second time staying there. It was our anniversary and my wife’s birthday. We got upgraded vouchers all kinds of amazing stuff. It’s definitely in my top five hotels. I’ve ever been in and I’ve traveled around the world. If you haven’t stayed here it’s a must close to everything around walking distance or Uber. Thank you to all the amazing staff and everybody there and their coffee shop has absolutely amazing coffee as well.

The rooftop pool is amazing, the rooms are clean and cool, heavily air conditioned (compliment) and foods and drinks were all delicious!

Position is ok. Overall is ok. Bar and rooftop are the best part. Valet service is ok. Receptionist are very kind. I had two rooms during my stay, and unfortunately, I had to change one of them because the AC was not working (I understand it happen sometimes)…..but also The hotel bar was closed for an entire day due to a commercial movie production taking place on the property. Despite these inconveniences, I was not offered any discount or compensation, or benefit. Considering that I am a regular customer, I have to say I was little disappointed with the way the situation was handled…..but what to do…. I believe some recognition of the inconvenience would have been appropriate and appreciated especially for a Marriott hotel affiliated .

Ac went out after the first night and they sent someone to check it out. Never got fixed. Didn’t request to switch rooms since I was out all day and temperature was okay at night

Place is beautiful with a lot of style and centrally located in dtla. Reasonably priced for larger suite, but for the price I expected a bit more in the way of creature comforts. There were two robes, some shampoo and conditioner and a mini coffee maker with three pods. Scant….. less than luxurious by all definitions. Additionally there was only one trash can in the room, the outlets all were busted and both tvs never worked. This place surprisingly offers no early or late checkout and the hotel guest services was impossible to reach and valet staff outright insulted a guest of mine. Otherwise fantasticnplace

Staff and decor were great Understaffed. Paper thin walls. Restaurant was slow but tried their best due to short staffing. Pool furniture needs updating. Bar staff were incredible Saturday night shout out to the bartender she is amazing!
