This was our second stay. We were treated to an upgrade. THANK YOU! The room was beautiful and I totally took advantage of the beautiful bathtub for a nice long soak. the room was fresh and clean and so artfully decorated. Comfy Sheets and bed. Slept like a rock! This will be the place we stay at from now on when we visit LA!

The place is a work of art itself... Also their breakfast sownsatirs, lunch and bar and pool upstairs was wonderful. Even the valet stuff at the front was so wonderful and kind. I would definitely recommend this please to my friends and family. And I would happily stay over there again... 9 out of 10.

Great location

The architectural style was nice. However I was surprised by the parking fee that was not disclosed in addition to a significant resort fee.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and incredibly well maintained. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made everything feel effortless. My room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What stood out most was the atmosphere. It felt like the perfect place to recharge, whether you’re traveling for business or simply need a getaway. Every part of my stay exceeded expectations, and I genuinely didn’t want to leave. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Los Angeles.

An older hotel with spacious rooms, great bathrooms, lots of character. In fact during our stay a film was being shot at the hotel, which made the main restaurant and on-site cafe unavailable but the roof terrace bar/restaurant was open for breakfast and lunch, and was lovely with great views. The location is great, the staff super-helpful, and walking distance from great restaurants and The Last Bookstore and the LA Main library, and an easy drive/ride to LA Symphony Hall, the Broad Museum and others. I personally preferred this hotel to the super modern ones like the Omni (although the Omni is truly great as well). Great value for downtown LA. As I mentioned earlier, the filming at the time restricted some facilities (including the gym), and the WiFi was not great this time compared to a previous stay. Maybe also related to the filming? We had two rooms: one was quite dark and we thought of asking for an extra lamp but our son preferred it that way, do we switched rooms. Ours was very well lit and very large, but a bit loud with street noise (on second floor). They did provide ear plugs in every room.

Walking distance from so much you wont be disappointed especially if u get a good price

Overall it's a good property with all good facilities. Two nights false fire alarm dint let me sleep. This could have been avoided, shows negligence.

The pool area was beautiful and well maintained, adding to the overall experience. A special shout-out to Victor, the bartender, who was exceptionally kind and friendly. What really stood out was that two days later, we saw him at the restaurant, and he remembered us. He came over to say hello, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
