Reside Craftsman Los Angeles, a Wyndham Residence

Loading and unloading is a pain given there is no real driveway, there is a loading area but it’s usually occupied by people illegally parking there or just constantly busy (especially on the weekends). Outside of the parking issue, I absolutely love the property. Will def stay there again.

Very spacious rooms

Beautiful room. Lovely staff.

We enjoyed our stay here for two days. The rooms were very clean and large and so enjoyed having a washer and dryer in there so he can go home with clean clothes. I had to reach out to staff a few times with questions and they were very quick to get back to me with answers and willing to accommodate us with our needs. Would definitely stay again.

really liked how clean our king bed room was! the apartment styled rooms makes coming back to the hotel feel very comforting.

Very nicely remodeled room except for the concrete flooring. I usually like this aesthetic however with the street noise it just echoed through the room at all hours. I appreciate that they gave ear plugs and had a noise machine but it didnt help enough.

We really liked our rooms alot. Although the doors to rooms are quite heavy, and they slam loudly. Woke me up. But it was a fantastic room and so close to all of the best that DTLA has to offer! We will be back!

Other guests who stayed were loud and disruptive outside our door so the room is not very good with sound proofing.

Really good property, highly recommend and well located. Only minor problem is noise, depending on the floor you are you can hear some noise coming from the street.

Room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restroom door wouldn’t close all the way and the iron was broken. Downside to it was that there’s no parking garage. We had to find parking around the premises and some lots don’t allow in and outs once you park. Other than that, the place was nice, comfortable and clean. I would stay again and I do recommend it. Just have to plan ahead.

Con’s: The hotel doesn’t have their own parking. There’s a small not covered public parking behind the hotel but I would not recommend parking there. It was tight, it’s hard to go in and out the parking. We witnessed twice, parked cars were damaged by the other drivers who were trying to park and they didn’t even care. There’s a lot of public parking walking distance near by. Don’t expect any amenities. There’s only a front desk/receptionist. All in all It’s a very nice hotel. I would recommend it if you don’t use/need hotel amenities and use Uber to go around.

Staff need to be trained better. Elevator was either slow or inoperational the whole stay.

Clean room spacious nice view

I spent 2 nights at this facility and it was pleasurable. Location is good. The rooms are spacious and everything was clean. My room had a washer and a dryer. It’s also had an oven, a coffee maker, a full sized fridge and a storage unit where you can put your food if you want to cook there. It also has a cooktop so it was like home away from home experience for me. I really enjoyed my stay at Riverside craftsman. Next time I’m in LA I’ll definitely be staying.
