First I just want to say there is not parking, so if you have a car you’ll have a hard time finding a parking spot, also it’s very loud at night, you won’t be able to sleep. The place is very clean and staff was helpful

Property was great, staff was delightful and had recommendations for local shops. Room was very spacious and had laundry, dishwasher, iron, stove, microwave, and all the other essentials. Basically only real complaint was some of the lights didn't turn on and some sinks only had cold water but brand new hotel, work in progress, didn't damper the experience at all. Strongly recommend, very pleasant stay!

Wonderful staff and great clean room. Stayed in the 2 bedroom and it was very spacious with beautiful windows to look at downtown. Will stay again

Besides noise issues from the street which don’t let you sleep everything else was good.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had traveling. We got basically kicked out in the middle of our stay because Marriott and sonders licensing agreement ended so they gave us less than 24 hours to leave the premises since they couldn’t honor the rest of our stay. Ridiculous and will never return to property run by sonder or marriott

the access code and keypads were not great. Using the phone to access was definitely the way to go.

I booked Sonder The Craftsman Hotel for Nov9-Nov11 and done online reservation check-in 2 days before stay and then started trip. When we arrived for check-in after long travel, the hotel mentioned that they are sold to Marriot Group and cancelled all reservations and sent mail notice only on same day. This is breaching the contract and they should have atleast allowed stay for check-in confirmed reservations. We struggled with kid in the street and no one picked from both Marriot and Expedia even after longer wait times. We had a worst experience by booking into hotel which doesn’t follow any basic customer wellness requirement and not sending cancellation in advance of atleast a week of stay to plan alternative
