Reside Craftsman Los Angeles, a Wyndham Residence

I spent 2 nights at this facility and it was pleasurable. Location is good. The rooms are spacious and everything was clean. My room had a washer and a dryer. It’s also had an oven, a coffee maker, a full sized fridge and a storage unit where you can put your food if you want to cook there. It also has a cooktop so it was like home away from home experience for me. I really enjoyed my stay at Riverside craftsman. Next time I’m in LA I’ll definitely be staying. Thank you for a good service Rent and thank you to Marco for all his help.

The room was perfect, the space its self is beautiful the bed is cozy and the light that comes into the room is stunning.

The room and bathroom are very clean, they tidy up things everyday. The only thing I don’t like is their lobby experience, bathroom is in the basement, doesn’t feel like a three star hotel but rather a 1 star, however the room feels 3 stars. If anyone wants to check-in early, there’s a check-in early fee, wouldn’t recommend that as well. But they can hold ur luggage so u can comeback at check-in time.

Such a great place for our mini staycation. We wanted to experience studio living and this spot gave us just that. The location in the city is really lively and walking distance from a lot of cafes and good eateries. This had everything we could have asked for: a super clean space with character, friendly staff, and easy access to and from our building. Parking is not included but there are several parking lots and garages nearby that have overnight parking. We will definitely be coming back again!

I really would love to get this place 5 stars simply because it’s nice in the apartment & the staff were helpful but parking was a huge let down $30 a day no in & outs. Based on convenience and safety I would never stay here again. There was an incident walking back to the hotel outside of a nearby theatre that we had to walk past to get to the hotel doors & me and my children were literally scared for our lives a full on brawl took place right in front of their eyes. The hotel lobby doors are never locked which also didn’t sit right with me. We arrived at 3am our first night and I would have expected for the doors to at least be locked by that time just for safety reasons anybody can just walk in. Also if your looking to actually REST you absolutely CAN NOT here. Every night I was woken up at least 3 times by sirens going off car horns, alarms or construction at 7am. That was extremely irritating especially because I have young children and we ALL need our rest. I wanted to enjoy my stay because how modern and clean our room was … but the bed is barely a queen size the pull out couch was literally bigger than the actual bed. Oh and if you arrive after 2am they could turn you away if they wanted to luckily they were helpful enough to reopen their nightly check in log to let us up to our room took an extra 30 minutes but Expedia doesn’t tell you to make sure u check in before 2am… so just a few downsides to this place that you might want to consider

Everything is perfect. They replaced our towels the next day. And arranged our bed. They didn’t touch our personal stuff which is good! I wish they have microwave though. But overall it was great! Clean and cozy room

It’s basically skid row. Overdoses everywhere. Sirens all night. People drag racing. Don’t stay here if you need to sleep. Small public parking lot that gets full. Second night had to find a lot 2 blocks away. That was an adventure. Bring protection.

Loved the room, industrial, modern, great appliances....washer/dryer, oven, cooktop, big refrigerator, but strangely no microwave (available upon request tho). Biggest problem with the hotel is lack of parking...there's a tiny litter-filled public lot behind the property that charges $30 per day. Loved the room, but the parking would prevent me from staying again.

Great location, close to the fashion district! The staff was great and the room was stunning and modern! The only negative was the noise at night. Lots of sirens and activity

There needs to be more sound insulation between floors. We were on the 10th floor and could hear whoever was above us walk, move furniture, etc.

This was a paradise in the middle of the city. The room the cleanliness and the kitchen, Laundry and available space and view was amazing

There’s a liquor store across the street to purchase bottled water and other items. As the property doesn’t provide these items
