Great staff, nice location, huge clean rooms. Having a washer-dryer combo was a huge plus as were the kitchen appliances.

Fabulous stay at this well located property. Staff were very responsive and we really enjoyed our 8 night stay. Only suggestion would be a safe in the room.

Overall an amazing stay. Staff is helpful and attentive. The cleaning is daily and top notch they even refill laundry pods. Only take away is there no microwave so we needed to reheat food on stove top but not big deal. I will definitely recommend this place. We enjoyed our stay.

on site maintenance 24 hours would be helpful, when things break down and other staff does not know how to solve the problem. Makes for an unpleasant experience

I had a wonderful stay here! The room was stylish, surprisingly spacious, very reasonably priced, and included a cute kitchenette. It’s located in a decent spot downtown, so getting around was easy. While there’s no on-site parking, there are plenty of garages and lots nearby that offer overnight options. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff was great very helpful, but the noise is very loud is hard to rest almost impossible.

The property was beautiful and felt like home! I loved having an in-suite washer and dryer, and a full-size fridge. We were able to walk to a lot of what we wanted to see, or catch a short ride. I would happily stay here again.

This is a really nice, big property. The apartment was well appointed and had plenty of space. It was perfect for two couples to be in. Location is good, but downtown LA is very noisy at night. A noise machine and earplugs were provided. But, be aware that you may be awakened multiple times.

Our family of 5 stayed in the 2BR apt. It was very spacious and impeccably clean. Beds were super comfortable. Nice having laundry in unit. Our unit was on the 12th floor which probably helped reduce street noise. My husband used the soft ear plugs provided but I slept fine without them. Parking can be a little tricky but we were able to find a spot both nights in the overnight lot directly behind the hotel. The neighborhood is considered the fashion district and not the best to walk alone at night but it isn’t as bad as some reviews make it seem. We felt pretty safe as long as we stayed aware.

Great location if you are not renting a car, well connected to public transportation and several coffees and restaurants in the area. At night, the area can get a little bit creepy but the hotel is perfect
